I was looking for a part many years ago ( can't remember exactly what it was ) where many other plumbing and heating wholesalers didn't carry or have. My buddy referred me to Regal Controls and they have always been helpful.Great service from the staff's up front, either guys in the Control section ( John ) or motor department ( Reese ). Their all friendly and helpful with what you are looking for, either your a regular Joe or a pro.

Emergency residential boiler breakdown...global supply chain issues and Regal saved the day. Called at 3PM and had my parts within an hour. Appreciate the knowledgeable staff that cross referenced my outdated part number and helped me in a timely manner. My elderly parents thank you for heat and hot water in the middle of winter!! thx

I needed a replacement draft inducer for my furnace and their quoted price was lower than anywhere I could find it, even online. It was less than half the price than another HVAC parts supplier in town. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even though they didn't have the part in stock, they ordered it and let me know it would be a week. I got a call the next morning to say they had one come in the door... bonus.

A guy at controls department was amazing.He helped me to find a replacement for a very old fireplace gas valve that failed.Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend any contractors for hvac needs and for some gas appliance parts!

Good service. Im not a contractor, so they are closed to the public (something they neglected to tell me on the phone when i called ahead for my part). They still took care of me out the back, paying by cc over the phone. I appreciate the idea to be safer... but there was still a steady stream of contractors in and out, so perhaps no real restriction in contact. I feel like it was overkill to close to the public when i would guess that only makes up 10% of their clientelle...But i really dont know. Its their call, end of the day.

I've been troubleshooting and re wiring my dad's boiler for the last 2 days. It works intermittently. I'm no expert, just a regular joe with a bit of patience and some curiosity. My initial suspicion was on the 2 relays.I went to Regal Controls to buy replacements. They confirmed they had them in stock. Then the staff took my old relays, and wired up a test circuit to check them. They confirmed that were indeed working fine and I didn't need replacements.It was an easy $100 sale for them, to customers who would've been none the wiser. But they chose integrity over money. Im thankful and I will recomend them to everyone.
