Very poor and careless staff/customer service. I'm never going to step in this store. On Dec 17, 2019 I ordered a jacket online from this store and did not receive anything after 2 weeks. I had to give them a call (no calls from them) to realize that the order hadn't gone through because the person who did that was a junior" and my order was still pending!!! I was told that I had to wait another week for my jacket.Although I really like Geox shoes and jackets but this is not the first time their staff/customer service disappoint me. I already knew they were well-known for not telling you that sale items are non refundable until you do the transaction."

I received excellent service from their sales staff and store leadership with an issue I had with a pair of shoes. I wish more retail stores offered service like Geox in Markville. Thanks again!

Went to Geox Markville after my old pair worn out and it was time to replace it.I was greeted right as I walked in the store by a young lady. She let me browse for a minute and then asked me what I needed. I told her my needs, she narrowed it down to a few styles. She brought them all out and they all fit well. I was not expecting to walk out with 2 pairs!They explained to me how to care for the shoes, and sold me a spray and a cleaner. They work great on my new suede boots and the smooth leather pair as well! Very friendly staff! Definitely would recommend to shop here for quality products and quality service!

The manager Alex is most wonderful in kindly helping me to replace the insoles of my son's shoes! Great customer service!

Excellent customer service. There was a problem with my order through Geox at Home and my shoes did not come in as expected. When I called to ask about the order, they took extra time to track down the shoes, checked at various locations and quickly delivered the shoes to the store. However, the shoes were damaged and could not be sold to me. To make up for the difficulty, they showed me comparable shoes and I ended up buying three more pairs for the family, taking advantage of a store discount promotion offered at the time. Thanks Geox. I appreciated the time and care they took to resolve my problem.

Very friendly staff and helpful

From browsing only at Geox to leaving with a good deal purchase. I was helped by the rep. Tommy--he is very patient , helpful and knowledgeable. He also explained on the shoe care. A lot of great deals going on at the store. Variety of selections and styles. I end up purchasing a pair of stylish yet comfortable sneakers.

My wife has had Geox shoes for as long as I can remember and I needed shoes, so this was one of the last places I visited on my shopping trip in Markville. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My daughter and I rolled in and they were extremely patient with her (she's 2 years and 7 months old). They even interacted with her and I'm pretty sure she got a kick out of it as she likes it when people speak with her even though she's extremely cautious about who she speaks to without my prompting her to thank people or to say hello and goodbye. I was able to try a couple pairs of shoes and the staff member who helped me was able to help me find the right size for me. Additionally, they have shoe horns. Which you'd think is necessary for a place that sells shoes, but you'd be surprised. I managed to find two pairs that were comfortable. The staff helped me make a decision regarding which pair to buy. They didn't try to sell me both pairs, which I appreciated very much. Paying was straightforward and the staff member who helped me detailed the price breakdown which was a nice touch. Overall, if you need shoes, you should check out this store. Nice looking shoes, comfortable and extremely helpful staff.
