Crunch has the perfect laid back friendly atmosphere for anyone wanting to start there fitness journey, while having a plethora of gym equipment for any veteran to get a great workout in. Not to mention the price, cheaper than anywhere I've had a membership, plus there open almost 24/7 accomadating anyone's schedule. 10/10 would recommend!

The people working are so friendly! The machines get fixed fairly quickly and music is loud enough to jam to when you forget your headphones but quiet enough to listen to music overtop of it. Makes my time at the gym enjoyable!

Joined Crunch Fitness with my family. Very affordable compared to others. Very helpful and friendly staff. The equipment is very well maintained. It's a safe environment with kind people. Anyone can go workout without feeling judged.

The best gym I've signed up for. Tones of value price wise... very easy to sign up and the staff are extremely friendly and kind. They all make an effort to greet you and acknowledge you as you're leaving. The gym is pretty clean, most clients are respectful of the training space. Unfortunately I moved and I'm nolonger close to this location, unlike most gyms I didn't have to flip through flaming hoops to cancel. They honored their word on the 30 day notice cancellation policy.

I have a love hate relationship with this gym. I hate hate the hours. And they just reduced them again. Apparently only for the summer. It would be great if they could be open till at least 10pm on weekends. There is a great selection of weight machines. Ones you load the weight yourself or you just adjust and you’re set. The rowing machine straps have been broken for a while. And the hydro massage chair has been broken for 2 years. I just recently started going to the classes. If you’re looking for a way to do group fitness classes that don’t cost an arm and a leg at a private gym. They have two amazing intrustors Rhonda and Aroura. My mom is joining only so she can go to Rhonda’s classes. There is another instructor, long dark hair. Will never do any of her classes. My mom felt as if the instructor fat shamed her. She was unprofessional and full of attitude. Not someone who you want supporting you in your fitness journey

absolutely love this gym, staff are fantastic always around to help out, always there to answer any questions you have. The classes are awesome Ronda and Alyssa push you to reach your goals during the class. Rondas classes are top notch she is right into it and gets you pumped.The trainers are awesome as well.And to top it off the price you will not find a better price anywhere and get everything that crunch has to offer.10 starsGreat staffGreat programmingGreat priceHuge assortment of weights/ machine.

Absolutely love the experience I’ve had with Crunch so far. Easy going for the billing details, and not too expensive each month. All machines are always working and lots of variety to choose from! Only thing is that it can get a bit busy at peak times, but otherwise the best gym I’ve been to. **to enter for the gift card draw**

Dirty gym, dirty members and if you cancel your “hassle free” membership (as it’s advertised) they will still continue to bill you for months.You’re more likely to get a staph infection from the dirty pads than you are to lose fat or build muscle in this “gym”This place exists because it’s cheap and the people who go there are poor.Typical Welland establishment

Crunch is a budget friendly gym.I think they can do better at cleaning and keeping their equipment working. It's not that the place is super dirty but it's not clean either.And if a machine breaks.... Expect it to be down for weeks or even a month.Other than that it's a decent gym.

I have been going to other gyms for decades. I moved to the area and checked out this Crunch. Honestly, was very pleased with the amount of equipment and the variety they have. Additionally, love the sled area, cable area and the fact they have 4 squat racks. Given the selection of equipment you rarely wait for anything. There is an abundance of cardio equipment. There is so much more you would have to check it out. It is my go to gym and don’t need to look anywhere else.
