The Village at Bronte Harbour

This place has pretty much everything needed in a convenient and comfortable apartment. Gorgeous views of the lake and the escarpment. Bronte GO station is a five minute drive away. There is both a grocery store and a pharmacy literally next door. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The Bronte waterfront and Bronte harbour are seconds away by foot.Fantastic gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are all on site. 5th floor rooftop patio is the perfect spot for a bbq With friends. Units are modern and spacious. It’s quiet but you still hear enough of the area to feel like there’s a community here.All in all a great place to live.

Sharing a review based on my experience till now.Shifting: I want to give a shoutout to Sonia Raheja, the leasing specialist, who greeted me warmly when I first arrived at the complex and went above and beyond to understand my rental needs. Thanks to her expert knowledge and excellent communication skills, I was able to find the perfect apartment for rent. Sonia's attentive and accommodating approach made my move-in experience stress-free and pleasant. Thank you so much, Sonia!Overall complex: The apartment complex offers a good living experience with its modern amenities, open & airy layout, and stylish finishes. The building is new & well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.Apartments: The apartments themselves are well-appointed, with high-end appliances, fixtures, and finishes. The floor plans are well-designed, offering decent storage and nice living space. Large windows let in natural light and higher floors that are lake facing can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake.Amenities: The complex's amenities include a fitness center, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Access to these amenities provide a convenient lifestyle, especially if you value comfort and convenience.Location: The location of the complex good, its situated in a prime location with easy access to the lake, local shops, restaurants & school. And the cherry on the cake... it's a pet friendly complex!!!Overall, the apartment complex provides an exceptional living experience. If you're looking for a good living experience, this complex is definitely worth considering.

Just moved in! Everything has been wonderful so far. The staff Torie, Fasiha and their co-workers have been awesome so far. Very accommodating & quick to respond. The building is beautiful and everything is brand new. Great neighbourhood to live in... love everything so far! Thanks to all the staff.

Bronte is an awesome place to visit on the weekend. Great eateries and parks. There is even a public beach for the warm summer days.

Thank you so much to Sonia for showing us many of the two bedroom units available in the Village at Bronte Harbour. We are seriously considering leasing one of them and appreciate Sonia's expertise and willingness to answer our many questions as we navigate through the possible leasing process after being home owners for many years. The finishes are modern and beautiful and the location is perfect. We hope to call this beautiful condo home soon. Thanks again.

This is a great place to call home. Exceptional amenities and finishes. Wonderful neighbourhood to explore and enjoy. Plus there is an exceptional staff from admin to maintenance to concierge. Home!

Amazing management, incredibly responsive and most importantly friendly!Never have to wait if I reach out for anything to be handled. Glad I chose this place!

New building, yes luxury no. beautiful view in upper floors, yes. The balcony was dirty the railing and windows were dirty when we moved in. There were lots of cobwebs and big spiders which later I kept finding them in my bedroom. The building manager at the time Kept promising but did not deliver her promises. After 6 months, in September they came scraped the cobwebs from half the wall and left them on the floor and left all the construction glue and stuff on the glass. They did not clean the floor or the plexiglass of the railing. they did not clean the bedroom windows and we had to wait some more for a man with harness to come and clean the two windows. I do not know why they did not bring professionals to clean the face of the building after the construction was over. Only twice a year they clean the first floor only. The parking garage is lacking speed limit signs, and video cameras.There are couple of people who speed as a solution instead of security cameras and speed limit signs, they have installed many speed bumps so now many people are experiencing back pain because of this. Every time we go out and return we drive over the speed bumps at least 8 times. I go out of the apartment between 3 to 5 times per day and that makes it 24- 40 times driving over the speed bumps. The bathroom tiles are not cleanable as they are pours and everything sticks to them.I can list the good things in this place as well. The leasing agents, the cleaning/maintenance staff and the security staff are great nothing else is. I can't imagine when the stores are open what kind of parking garage await us with no control over who goes in the under ground parking.

Luxury new Build in the heart of Bronte, outstanding finishes through out the whole building, Amazing amenities for all residence. Stunning lake panoramic views, a minute walk to the lake.
