King Charters

We booked two busses with King Charter for a corporate event in Toronto last week.From the moment I called and explained the requirements with Norbert, to the process of securing the transportation it was seamless. Nothing but polite and courteous.The drivers we dealt with on the day of were on time, polite, accommodating, and friendly to deal with. They called when they arrived and were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Naveed and Raj for their hospitality to and from our event.For any event or transportation needs you’d be silly to book with anyone except King Charter!

I worked with Rana who helped me plan and organize 2 cars for visitors we had from Sweden in our office and who were taken around to different locations. She took the best care and was very attentive to what we needed. Everything was executed smoothly and it all went according to plan with open communication along the way!I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!Thank you King Charters and Rana!

I've been using King Charters and I have been using them for about 4 months and they have been amazing, I honestly have no complaints. Their buses are new and really nice, the drivers are always respectful and pleasant and on time. I always speak directly to Norbert who is always very accommodating and have even helped me out of a jam by getting me bus at the very last minute so I didn't have to cancel a trip. I will definitely continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

My company has been working with King tours for over a year and we are happy with their service. They are always ready to provide service even if the request comes in at the last minute. It has been a pleasure working with Norbert especially and we will continue taking their service

Three weeks ago, Nobert wrote that he would contact me in 24 hours to give me a quote. Have not heard from him, even when I emailed back to ask again for a quote. Tragic.We have another Charter Company now.

Norbert and his team were exceptional to work with. Our drivers arrived early, assisted when necessary and were a pleasure to deal with.King Charter was a true partner.

I had a terrible experience with king charter we booked transportation from Toronto to the premium outlets. Our pick up was scheduled for 10:30am we arrived early and stood in the torrential rain get soaked as our bus failed to appear. One of our group contacted the company and was told they were locating the driver eventually almost 30 minutes later another van turned up and took only half the passengers. We were given very little info on why the original bus had not turned up at the scheduled time. We lost out on almost an hour of shopping and we’re picked up at the scheduled 16:00 time. The driver was rude and drove like a madman when returning to Toronto almost colliding with a vehicle when entering the downtown area. We reached out to the company to inform them we had not received the service we paid for and we’re not satisfied with the treatment we received but have had no correspondence from them whatsoever. This is a company that should be avoided. If I could have given zero stars in this review I would have. Avoid avoid avoid!

Our group of 24 had a great day-trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls with Naveed. Safe, punctual, courteous, flexible... everything you could want in a driver for a trip like this. We've booked with King Charters before and will be happy to do so again. Likewise with the booking, Norbert was quick and helpful with this responses.

We had a great experience working with King Charters. We planned a corporate conference (which included off-site dinners and excursions) and communication was great throughout, buses were in good condition, clean, and timely, and to top it off the drivers were so friendly! We will definitely be using King Charters for any future events we hold in Toronto.

I used King Charters for a wine tour down to Niagara On The Lake this past weekend. I was very happy with the service we received from King. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and our driver was very accommodating and friendly. We were initially somewhat hesitant to book after we saw a not so great review. We received some reassurance from King that this was not a full story, and I can confidently say this appears to be the case. I would highly recommend King Charters as your choice for any situation you require transportation. To our driver, thank you very much, you were awesome!
