I have had problems with this credit union’s ATM dispensing damaged bills too. I recommend using a different Exchange ATM. Since I am not a member of this credit union, they do not seem to care about my concerns and suggest that I use another ATM.”

Everything with this Credit Union has gone downhill since the Merger.Have tried to reach Senior Staff severals time to no avail. Different locations too.We used to ADORE this credit union.They do not oversee things with the diligence they once had. Such a shame they can’t uphold the great service they once provided. Taking all our investments, personal and business banking elsewhere this year. Unfortunate that it’s changed.

Examine your bills. ATM tends to spit out damaged notes. Staff very helpful and nice though.
