I used this contractor twice: 5 star the first time, only 1 star the second time.Perfect for a plumbing job, less than average for some in-floor heating work. I guess the reason is that his expertise is not the same in this type of work. Willing to help but I wished he'd have been more open about this. Completed only 90% of the second job, on-time but quality wasn't there and he charged over what he quoted initially.

Casey was quick to respond and he graciously found room in his schedule to fit in my kitchen drain leak repair. He is honest, communicative, straightforward and knowledgeable. Casey and his apprentice Austin had the issues fixed and the job site cleaned up in no time. He is a fantastic small business owner in Cochrane and I’m thankful to have found him and his company.

Our dual push button toilets just wouldn't stop dripping. Super annoying at night (drip DRIP DRIP)! Casey responded to my inquiry really quickly. His team was friendly, made sure I understood what the issue/resolution was and did a great job! The price was also very reasonable.

I have used a few plumbers in my time as a homeowner but none compare to Casey and his team at Red Beard. They are very quick with their communication, excellent with their work, extremely professional while in my home and take the time to make sure I understand what it is that they are doing at all times, as well as fair and reasonable pricing. Will recommend them to anyone!

Casey worked hard on the three toilets that had various needs of repair. They were blue toilets which are no longer made, so he had to reconstruct the innards of one (another plumber just wanted to replace them). He did not leave until he double-checked that not one was letting any water seep into the bowl. He worked hard, was thorough, and cleaned up well after finishing the job. His prices seemed very reasonable.
