Brandom Kitchens & Bath Design Centre

We hired Brandom to renovate 2 bathrooms in our house. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful and stress free. Brenna worked with our budget to give us the bathrooms of our dreams and Paul's quality of work was outstanding. We could not be happier and would not hesitate to hire Brandom again in the future.

Brandon Kitchens is a great service company. They installed my kitchen in 2005 and I now needed a few hinges. They went out of their way to help me and solved my problem. Very nice people to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

I had a specific vision in mind for adding cabinets beneath our unused breakfast bar along our kitchen peninsula to gain some extra storage space. After visiting the showroom and knowing they have been in business for many years, I put my trust in Brandom and they did not disappoint. Brenna did an excellent job of ensuring my vision was executed to perfection, with regular and timely communication and the workmanship of the installation was excellent. I am so pleased with the result.

Brandom did an excellent job on our complete prime bathroom renovation. We can’t say enough how happy we are with the service and with the reno work from start to finish. From the owner, to the administrator to our installer Paul. Everyone we dealt with was professional and customer focused ensuring we were happy every step of the way. Tony went beyond to make sure we were happy and Paul was very professional and respectful of our home always tidying up and careful to put mats down, and always checking that what was being done was what we wanted, not to mention the quality of his work was perfection. Words can’t describe how happy we are with the end result. Thank you Brandom for making this project go so well for us.

I had the opportunity to visit the showroom before the holidays and wow, I was really impressed. It is a huge and bright showroom. There are so many choices. Everyone is sure to find something that suits their style here! I will be using them on my next project.

I DO NOT recommend this company for any renovations. My poor mom who is currently having her bathroom renovated has had nothing but problems since this job started, which by the way started October 25, 2021 and still isn't completed. Items have been ordered wrong and had to be reordered, which has taken weeks (company's fault since everything was documented in the contract, so they can't even order something correctly). They said the bathroom would be completed in 2 weeks, it's now December 01, 2021 and it's still not completed. They have a hard time finding staff to complete the job (example, someone to come in a paint). This bathroom is costing $30,000, which is clearly overpriced and not worth the money. They have great ideas, but don't follow through.I'm so disappointed and feel so bad for my elderly mom. Something she so wanted and was excited in the beginning, has made her so upset and furious with this company.I hope if anyone is reading this and you are using this company for your renos, I pray you have better luck.

We're so happy with our new kitchen from Brandom Kitchens and Bath Design. Our designer Brenna did a fabulous job of gaining us some extra work and storage space. She extended our pantry and incorporated a built-in sideboard that created a beautiful feature wall as well as additional storage. Our installer John was so friendly and respectful of our home. The worksite was tidied up each day and drop cloths were used consistently to protect floors and minimize the spread of dust to other rooms. The quality of the work was exceptional with no detail overlooked.Overall we have been very pleased with our experience working with the staff at Brandom for our kitchen reno.

Recently visited this business, the showroom is beautiful and the new owner was very nice to walk us through our options for our upcoming remodel. Can't wait to get started!

Brandom redid my master bathroom and they really made my vision happen. The designer was quick and able to work with my ideas and examples to make them work in the space (which I wasn't actually sure was possible). They also made realistic & functional recommendations based on their experience. I was able to choose all of my finishes and fixtures and an originally builder-style space that was dark and boxed-in now feels so clean and open and bright. The staff was nice and they kept me up to date on anything that came up and generally stuck to our timeline. I wouldn't say it was a cheap" job but neither was the finished product that I got and I'm really happy with the outcome. Thanks!"
