Sergiu and Pierre provide unbeatable price in the region. The quality of their repair (paint job in my case) was excellent and possibly better (I am not an expert) then insurance banners" which usually rush the job to get the big cash from you insurrance compagny and don't do any quality control. As this is a 2 x staff business

Professional work done at a great price :) this is the only shop I've been to in Ottawa/Gatineau that takes time and pride in their work to leave their customers smiling in their vehicles after their work is finished. Five Star Collision is a Very clean, very polite and very professional business and I recommend this shop out of the majority I've tried in the Ottawa/Gatineau Area.

Definitely do NOT recommend. Took forever to get ahold of him once the vehicle was in his possession. Did not put ANY of the decals back on and installed a mirror that didn’t match the other one or this vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous! A 10k insurance job, what a joke. Paint is peeling. Never again!
