He was great to deal with -- very responsive to my questions & text messages...And the service was excellent -- I couldn't believe how quickly everything came together. If you need fast service, this is the place for you!!By the way, I also purchased a washer & dryer. Alex delivered and installed it for me -- very, very quickly!Also Alex has a delivery service!It's one stop shopping!And wait - here's the best news - very reasonable prices!!You can't go wrong - you'll be very pleased.

Stay away! Poor Quality. Poor value. Definitely not professional. Extremely non-responsive. States will call back but never does. Exceptionally unorganized. This was a totally frustrating experience from the get-go!! If I could have given him 0 stars I certainly would have.

We paid them $149.00 to tell us it was a board problem and he was supposed to order parts- didn’t happen- skip ahead 67 days later- they showed up and it was like dumb and dumber- couldn’t get it to work. They took our test sheet with them. Western appliance found the drain problem the next 2 days and only cost $89.00. Clogged drain hose that they said was checked. More to say but I won’t-

Had an $85 service call fee upon first arrival, only to tell me he can't fix it till the following Wednesday. Wednesday was a no show so I called. Got through and was told he would be there Thursday the next day. Monday the following week he calls me wanting to come Tuesday, showed up wed. End bill was originally quoted $60 plus $40 for the rollers. Now it's $42 per roller plus $80. WILL NOT be calling thus guy again. I DON'T recommend this business.

Amazing customer service and knowledge! I was searching for a laundry set and Alex was very helpful. Gave me a brand background as I didn't know much and also explained everything about the different types. The agitators, auto sensing, top or front loading to me so well so I knew I got the right one for my needs. On top of all that he stayed open late so I could make it down after work, and when I couldn't figure it out he came to my house and helped me hook it up! Amazing guy amazing prices and will be recommending and sending all those who are in search for appliances in the future! Thank you again Alex at quality appliance repair!

Left a message, call was returned fairly quickly. Owner was courteous, but had nothing in stock to repair my food disposer. Opted to see what else was locally stocked at other vendors.
