I was looking to have a logo created for my business cards and clothing. Called them and then emailed a very detailed description of what I was looking for including some sample images like she requested. This was on a wednesday and I was told something would ready for Friday. I called Friday afternoon to check on it and she said something would be ready Monday. I waited until Wednesday then called again and the woman had lost my email address and phone number..
