The Third Place Cafe + Bistro
I think this is a cute place, however it's trying to be fancy and with fancy prices however the food doesn't reflect. The pannis sounded delicious on the menu but were almost ingredient-less. I was very disappointed. Also, no kids menu.

We were satisfied with our food. It tasted good but it was far from fancy. Like a breakfast you could make yourself. The waffle was very flat and not fluffy.Lunch foods not offered before 11am

The best!! A short drive out of town you will find the most charming and worthwhile cafe! The Third Place has an amazingly unique menu, with some familiar favorites in place as well. The coffee drinks are just superb! While in town for business I went three different times, and still didn't have enough time to try all the food offerings I wanted to! The staff are helpful, very knowledgeable, and kind! You must go here! Also, they have a patio that faces the falls, just delightful.

Very quirky and fun local spot. A short drive off the TCH. Good food, friendly people, natural setting overlooking a waterfall and salmon ladder.

Great find. This little cafe is located at the salmonid interpretation center. There are a couple of one lane bridges to cross to get there. The cafe sits overlooking the falls. The food was amazing!

It was the most lovely surprise to come across this adorable café. Great location overlooking the River, yummy treats/food and a cozy atmosphere.

The Third Place Cafe + Bistro
Third Place Cafe is the spot in GFW that is equally enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. A truly hidden gem. With beautiful views of the falls, and fresh specials and deserts all the time. Certainly worth the trot across the river. I also like their staff, they are warm and inclusive to people in our little town. Enjoy! The hollandaise sauce and spinach dip is the bomb . Com.

Not impressed. After waiting for 20 minutes we were told there wouldn't be any room for us. There were empty tables that could easily have accommodated us, but staff didn't seem to understand how to utilize the seating plan. For example, the couple in front of us were seated at a table for four instead of at a vacant table for two. The couple behind us weren't told to leave, so what's up with that? Why were we targeted? This restaurant is off the beaten track and we purposely drove to it when other dining options we're closer.

UPDATE: JULY 1, 2022Today we returned to give this cafe a 2nd go, & there was some improvement from our last visit.Original post (a month prior)Very Disappointed with the service this morning at the new location. We went to have a nice light breakfast & a hot beverage.The sign says please wait to be seated" which we did for 5 minutes before we sat ourselves to a table. There was no Beverage menu offered so when the server asked what we wanted to drink we didn't know what to order. The server said "well what do you want & I'll see if we got it". The same was said when we asked if there was any fresh baked good other than the one lonely cupcake & date square. There were no breakfast baked goods like fresh bagels
