Terrific service and staff. Ive ordered items several times, often parts are in stock and in my mail box within a couple days. Prices are very reasonable. Would much rather pay a few bucks extra and support these guys than buy online.

Needed a gift certificate during the snow falls and was unable to get to their store but Michelle made sure I was able to purchase one on line. My heartfelt thanks for excellent customer service.

The Old Car Centre changed hands about three years ago.It was a thriving business with excellent knowledgeable staff and an owner known to everyone in the hotrod fraternity. Relied upon for honesty and customer service.The new owners have changed things to suit themselves which is their perogative. However they have also have written the script on how to take a booming business with excellent employees and turn it into an abysmal mess. With possibly one exception the current staff know nothing about hotrods, speed parts or customer service. Phones ring off the hook, then, sometimes a girl may answer and put you on hold for 20 minutes or until you hang up.The knowledgeable staff have quit ( new owners call this retiring )To Richard, Justin, and Rick Farmer, I'm soooo sorry to hear your retired, regardless of the spin the new owners are putting on your departures, party line ( retiring ) We know betterUs old guys miss you and have moved on to new suppliers , hope you all do wellPete RoseLangley BC

After a 2 month wait for my parts, it turned out that they ordered the wrong parts for me. They forgot my name and phone number after multiple calls for update. I am still waiting for nearly 2 months for the replacement parts.Why should have been a short brake job, has taken my car off the road for the entire summer.In the same time I ordered other parts direct from USA suppliers and have received/installed the parts. Those suppliers are faster and less expensive

always good to deal with they are real car people they mail my parts without any hassle and know their products highly recommend them .

I completely understand that all businesses are facing challenges with staffing shortages, experience levels and supply chain issues. However, after waiting over 3 months for my parts orders; multiple visits and email messages to OCC, unfortunately I had to cancel my order(s). I tried to reach out to ownership (via a mutual friend) and was told someone would call me back to no avail. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with OCC over the years and no longer can deal with the broken promises and lack of proactive customer follow up. I’m starting all over again with a new supplier in Langley and making great progress. Hopefully, OCC can back to their previous service levels; as I truly believe in supporting local small businesses!

Called four times and talked to four different people about interior for my car. Every time I was told they would call me back but they never did. The last guy I talked to promised he would call me back. Been two weeks and still nothing. Dealt with them before and had no issues but I'm done with them now. There are other places to buy parts from.

Went in there to buy some coil over springs. Stood around waiting. One man at the counter helping someone. One on the phone and the other on his computer. Figured he was doing something important so I stand and wait. Guy finishes his phone call and goes on his computer. Figure again he his placing the order from the call he just had. Other guy finishes up with the other customer. They just start talking to each other. So I stand there waiting completely ignored. Why even bother trying to support local when they dont care for you business anyway.

One Stop Shop for tri five Chevy. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Good place for vintage & all hard to find car parts. Thank you Jesse for sorting things out swiftly. Appreciate it!
