Communication from reception isn’t great. No return on emails or calls.

It was quick and easy to have an appointment. Dr Dedhar was very nice and was able to help me and answer all my questions.

Dr. Faiyez was great! I went in to get a couple of ingrown nails removed and wasn't sure what to expect since I had never been to a podiatrist before. He was friendly, attentive, and listened to me carefully and respectfully. Before going in, I thought I might have to convince the doctor to do the procedure on the same day as the initial consultation, but he had set aside enough time for my visit and was able to perform the procedure on the spot, which was what I had hoped for. He also offered a free checkup later in the week to make sure everything was healing well, and his instructions for how to care for the toes after the surgery were clear and informative. He was really good at chatting with me to distract me while he performed the procedure, and all in all it was an efficient, successful visit. The toes had been bothering me all my life and it looks like he has permanently cured them!

Overall a very welcoming, open and informative experience using Kerrisdale Family Foot Clinic. Dr. Dedhar was quick and made me feel very comfortable at all times, even during surgery. Definitely recommend this practice for any of your foot related needs.

I went to Dr. Dedhar about 5 years ago after injuring my foot. I got an appointment the next day, and he fixed my toenail so that I was able to walk properly again. It was a positive experience from start to finish, and it healed up quickly. He even let my kid watch the procedure.
