My wife and I went in to look for a bag today and we’re friendly greeted by the amazing staff there. They were extremely professional and very approachable. Meera was one of the ladies who was working and checked us out. She went above and beyond to give us the help me needed to find the right bag. She also processed us through the transaction and we delighted to converse with her. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to purchase something new

Really judgemental sales associate. I went in and the sales associate (black man and asian women) eyed me up and down right when I entered like i didn’t belong there and gave me side eye. Went to buy gift for my friend there but came out empty handed and super upset because these kate spade employees are outright disrespectful it almost racist being an minority there. Never shopping here again. Micheal kors right next door is better off bc the employees there are welcoming unlike that rude man

I don’t know who the lady was at the entrance but I have never ever felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in any store I have been to. This store really needs to fix the staff and train them properly on how not to be judgmental and rude to their customers. I have been shopping with KS for so long and this was the first time that I walked out of the store without buying anything.

The sales were unhappy and not friendly to look me from at the door. Unhappy to host us because we are Asian? Because dose we like shopping ?If you are unhappy don’t transfer negative for us. We want shop and happy to spend .

I have never walked out of a store before but this time I did. To start off I have been in this store before and had a good experience. This time it felt like a waste of my time.I must have waited over 15 minutes to find the price of items. The woman who was helping seemed new. Not going to blame her. I'm going to blame the more experienced staff for not stopping what they were doing and taking the time to show her how to do things properly. None of the items I selected had price tags on them. First she was told to look up the prices of items online.... Kate Spade is an American website (American money) why would you look up the prices online??? How do you not have catalogue of prices for in store items. Then the times could not be found in the storage area. Some said there were price underneath the display, there was none. Then another worker said I believe the price is $88. I need an exact price not a possible price.Thankfully I found the item I was looking for on Ebay while I waited in store and bought them from Ebay as I walked out.Help your fellow employees out. Take the time to show them how do things. Don't just tell someone something and then walk off to stand somewhere else. Clearly the more experienced staff could have helped out. The woman who was trying to help me was very polite. Just disappointed in the lack of teamwork.

I loved my experience at this store. The staff was extremely nice and helped me pick out the perfect bag. Everyone was so friendly and super helpfull. Loved shopping there and would definitely go back!

Went in to pick up some jewelry and my ring matched 1 of the jewelry there. So I decided to buy it for my birthday.

I had a great experience at this store today. The store has a good vibe, stunning merchandising and is very organized. Tyler was very kind and helpful in assisting me to find the perfect bag. Thank you, Tyler and Kate Spade team.

If there was a option for 0 stars I would give it. I went to this location for the first time and it was not worth it. There were 2 associates standing at the front of the store chitchatting away. Not one of them even bothered to communicate with me they just ignored me. Then I went to the other side towards the register and they greeted the next customer that walked in. They never bothered to see if I needed help. They didn’t ask anyone for help just busy talking away. I went in to mk and I was welcomed on the spot and the sales associate helped me and checked in on me. Never going to this ks again.

If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would. Jessica, the store manager, is the most unhelpful and rude associate I have ever come across in a retail environment. I have been purchasing from Kate Spade for many years, and this was my first time visiting this location. I was dumbfounded with the immediate bias assuming I wouldn’t purchase anything (maybe because the way I was dressed? Not sure as I was wearing a KS bag lol) and was treated with such disrespect. Spoken to so rudely, and felt so unwelcome in the store. I have had great experiences at other locations, but please avoid this one.
