I purchased my first e-bike from Ron. But have been cycling for 8yrs. It sure takes the grunt out cycling on an e-bike love it. Very comfortable and like the help l have received . Getting the hang of it now. Happy trails.

We were referred to go here for my son's electric scooter (GoTrax).... He needed some work done! These guys went above and beyond to help us and give us the best service and deal. They didn't stop communicating with us till everything was completed and we were happy! and to top it off they replaced a tired ... Battery part and brake cables... And has it done in less then 24 hours! Their prices are super reasonable! The place is super clean and the employees are clean, neat, tidy and friendly! I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

I took the plunge. I was apprehensive about spending that much money not knowing if I would like it or not. I'm completely out of shape 64 year old. Wanting the bike to help me get back into shape. As I was hoping, the bike was the right choice for my purposes. When your legs start to burn and you stop peddling every 30 seconds your brain is telling you to peddle more. You get the right exercise for your needs. Over 200 Ks and I'm loving it, I think you will to.

I left a bad review last time because I was upset and didn't understand? I will say with confidence that Ron is very good at his job and has helped me a few times previous to his business and succeeded in repairing my ebike. I have a big job 4 him and I'll be more knowledgeable about his prices. I will then give my honest review.

Brilliant Service every time and always with friendly knowledgable advice. Bought the Surface 604 in May and the like has changed my life and fitness level. My third bike from E Bike express since 2015 as I like to have a couple of them in the garage. Great service all the way! Thanks Guys.

I spoke to Ron about a few issues I was having with my Daymak EM1 and he helped me learn a lot more about my bike. He is very knowledgeable about this business/line of work and I walked away learning how to care for my bike a little better to help extend it's life.
