HK Tires was so amazing; it was my first time using this tire centre, and I’ve finally found a tire centre I can be loyal to for life!To be summarize: I feel these guys quote rationally/fairly/proper install included, offer an amazing product/high quality, they have a lot of integrity and do great technical work/perfectionists at what they do, AND they were SO fast!I have amazing things to say about the Mechanic Shop that runs out of the same building/waiting room as well because I also utilized them- but I want to write them a separate review as well because they were phenomenal and deserve their own piece too! They did a lot of work for me and the same characteristics as above as well. :)I’ve had bad experiences with tire centres AND mechanics in the past- but these guys in both departments absolutely set the bar and well exceeded my expectations. The tire centre was just a smooth flat rate experience.The mechanic shop was amazing too; they never tried to take advantage or upsell me- in fact- I believed I needed both tyrods done on my car- and when they diagnosed it they actually saw that I didn’t, and called me to consent to doing something else I ACTUALLY needed instead. Always managing and trying to stay well with in my budget and always being fair priced!I can’t say good enough things about either business in that building! AMAZING!I’m gonna try to find a different review column on their specific Google review account.So I’ll switch back to my tire experience!These were the things I thought they did amazing:- They offer brand NEW tires still in their packaging paper; they will re-rim your new tires on your current rims (if you don’t have specific winter tire rims), and/or install/balance/rotate the tires all included in the flat rate they quote per tire when quoted (more expensive brands will be more expensive than the cheaper brands; however this review will be pertaining to my brand new Michelin tires I just got from them),-I felt they were VERY cost efficient, a great investment and acted with integrity, and were very fair; absolutely amazing prices for brand new tires and full install w care,- They were VERY FAST; they even just let me know how it was going about halfway through my wait time; which I appreciated because I was beginning to get restless haha; so they had great customer service skills and the girl at the front desk was very sweet and polite- I was only there for perhaps an hour if that- but I thought that was thoughtful,they did amazing quality WORK as well- talk about perfectionists- my car drove like a dream afterwards it blew my mind the difference it made,- HASSLE/STRESS FREE! If they say the price is the price- when you show up- it’s STILL that price, they have flexible times you can go in; you can basically walk right in and get it done on the spot, you can actually trust them to care for your property like their own and do the best job they can!I’ll truly never go anywhere else! They had a variety of quality brands to choose from- I do advise calling or direct Facebook messaging for an accurate quote as the Facebook Marketplace ad’s are pretty vague- I mistakenly thought ALL tire varieties were $100 brand new and installed/balanced- so just call, walk in, or direct inbox for quote! That was the ONLY initial confusing thing- everything else was so smooth and perfect!Anyways- I ended up going with the highest quality brand name tires; since they’re brand new, a solid investment, and I’ll get a few seasons out of them easily!! I specifically got 4 BRAND NEW Michelin winter tires for my 2009 Honda Civic (205-55R-16)- they were only $170 BRAND NEW/installed and balanced!You truly can’t beat that- it was everything I would want to see in a tire centre or mechanic all combined in one- I truly didn’t see a single flaw in product quality, workmanship quality, convenience, price/value/integrity/honesty, customer service/attitude/accommodation, speed of application.100% recommend for ANYONE who is interested in finding a mechanic or tire centre to be loyal to!

Don't waste your time with these clowns: they are running a classic bait and switch" operation. They quoted me one price on the phone and said they had lots of stock

Phoned around to numerous places for tires. HK was the only place who answered and could have me booked in same day. (LONDON LOCATION)I am a service plumber and do not have time to play around. Amazing job! Thanks guys. Prices are extremely lowerer. Nice guys too! 5/5

Called for a tire for my truck. Talked with the man on the phone. He wanted $300 for the call plus the cost of the tire and labour… no thanks. Rip off artist.

Please do not Go there for any reason. Got safety done and within a month, twice the car broke down on the road and had to be towed. The part they changed, broke down within 2 days.They charge you heavily and the work quality is extremely bad.

I had an incredible experience with HK Tire Centre. I called around to at least ten other tire businesses in the area and HK Tire had the best prices and inventory. The staff at HK Tire are very professional, polite and thorough. I will definitely be coming back to HK Tire when it’s time for new tires again and I won’t have to make ten phone calls to other businesses price checking because I know that they have the best prices. I highly recommend this business.

I could not thank this company enough if I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing customer service. The lady at the desk was awesome very polite and very helpful nice smile on her face. The mechanic was awesome very quick. Did a really good job and I am super happy as I have to serve some customers tomorrow and they got me a no problem what tires in stock. Thank you again I highly recommend for any of your tire repair or truck needs.

These people are fantastic they stayed after hours to fix my tire. All were very pleasant and reasonable. I am highly recommending these people and the great service to all.
