Kelly got me into a great plan with a new phone and showed me how my old plan was costing money for something I wasn't ever going to use. They were very patient and helpful. Took the time to explain things and even helped me set up the new phone. Highly recommend the Mobile Shop, Sarnia.

Went in today because I broke my cell I was expecting to spend a lot of money but I actually walked out with like $70 worth of PC points a brand new phone with a new case and an extra charger and the staff was amazing helpful and fast

I Came into the Mobile Shop and dealt with Breanne who was absolutely amazing.But then came into the store weeks later for some general assistance with my phone, dealt with Micah, who flat out refused to help me, told me my new Samsung was a piece of junk and garbage, he was too busy eating cubes of cheese and crackers to help me with my concerns.

Super friendly staff here. They truly have a can-don attitude. Far superior to the stores that belong to the cell phone companies. These guys work hard to find you the best deal. You can tell they move a lot of phones. They are more than happy to answer a question even though it may not result in a sale for them. Added bonus...they usually have lots of bonus optimum points with their offers.Highly recommend.

Visited the shop today to get a PC prepaid card to top off phone was treated very rudely when trying to ask a question about it was told we know what we are doing, definitely will not be back the new staff they have in there are terrible

Very bad experience here, came on Monday evening to get a iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 pro max, the rep Micha drafted and scanned iPhone 12 instead. We noticed when he gave us the contract so we did not sign. He said he will fix it but it will takes around 30 mins. So me and my husband came back 30 mins later, he told us the wait time is 4 hours instead of 30 mins, they close at 9pm so he asked us to come Tuesday morning to get the phone. At this point we already spent 2 hours in the store and get nothing done. On Tuesday morning when we came to the store the other rep was told by Micha we changed our mind on iPhone 12 want to get a 13 instead. Which was total lie since the beginning we only asked for iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 pro max. The other rep said we can get the phone but price is totally different because of the sale was over (which was not mentioned on Monday that the sale will be over) They don’t apologies or tried to fix the problem. No choice we need to posted the review and contact the mobile shop online tried the get the problem fix. The rep only started to fix problem after some rep contact them said this case is aware of by territory manager. While we waited another 3 hours there were other angry customers came in to the store as well. The staff should admit and apologies instead of made up some lies to cover their mistakes. Even till now the plan is still different price and the plan does not come with call display and lots of things are missing. Suggest start recording before you get into this store because they will made up some stories and blame it on the customer instead of fixing problem.
