Lou is the best - was able to repair two of my Chemstractors (Chemspec stopped making them in 2007) - so no parts available. These machines are unique and a hugh part of my business (no better way to clean winter matting than a Chemstractor). Thanks guys for keeping my business going strong.

The training at Centaur was very intimate with smaller groups of students so all our questions/concerns were quickly addressed which is nice. My past experiences with other Vendor group training sessions are typically much larger and harder to get that personal communication that Centaur provided. The staff and owners were all very knowledgeable, experienced and very involved in the session which was great so we were able to absorb a lot of experience/information from numerous resources.The equipment is made in their facility and you can tell it is made with quality parts and careful craftsmanship. Centaur equipment is much more durable comparing to other popular equipment suppliers that I have personally used/distributed for years in the past. They are in a league of their own that is for sure!This training session has given me the information I needed to feel confident to start consulting with customers immediately on providing them stone care work in the future. The Centaur team provided all the necessary info in the course to give me the confidence and the tools to do this. Centaur Floor Machines are smaller compared to other Cleaning Machines.It is Lightweight to fit in any vehicle that has a sliding door. It is easy to handle and cost less to repair. It is Durable and very Reliable.When it needs Servicing, all you have to do is: Return it to to their warehouse. Most of the time you can wait for it.Service is of Utmost Reliability.Whenever I go to Service my floor machine the Technician will point things out to me, so I can do little things for myself to Avoid Major Repairs.I have Purchased 3 Auto Scrubbers to date and will continue with Confidence to Purchase more when needed.My message to all in the cleaning Industry is Bigger is not always better because Reliability is of utmost concern when spending your hard earned $$$, and that is why I Recommend this Centaur Floor Machine that cost a lot less with great peace of mind.Best RegardsDereck Gulab
