As a Law Clerk, I had the opportunity to work with Jacob recently, regarding a mutual client whose real estate transaction turned into a bit of a firestorm. Jacob was very helpful in providing information I required to satisfy a picky Lender when the underwriting standards were shifting with the breeze. Our experience with Jacob was quite remarkable. Down to earth guy that spent time speaking to us about our situation and answering our (several) questions, without rushing us. Documents were well prepared and explanations provided throughout the process. Options we didn’t know we had for other related issues in connection with closing the house sale were offered and very helpful.
