Great price and big portions. You cannot go wrong with this place. The food is not out of this world amazing but it is pretty good for the price range. We get the family special for 3 and always have tons of leftovers for next day.We are definitely repeat customers.

This food had no taste like there was no spices in it. Very tasteless. I called and he asked me if I was from another country, then do you eat at other Chinese restaurants? I mentioned one, oh that is sit down of course it would be better. No I take out from there and other places and they have spices in it. I asked him what’s that have to do with anything. It’s terrible! Szechuan is Szechuan. Cashew Chicken is Cashew Chicken. Most places use the same spices. It takes different spices to make and he said maybe they forgot to put the spices in it. Didn’t have any flavour what so ever. Wasn’t even hot. TERRIBLE! Would not recommend it to anyone

So incredibly disappointing. I tried this place once before and ordered a soup and some rice which wasn't too bad so I thought I'd give them one more chance, was a mistake on my part. General chicken had no chicken.. just bread sloppily coated in sauce. I can't believe this is a Chinese restaurant and that they don't have any pride in what they serve. :(

Our families “go to” for Chinese food. We’ve been patronizing Lucky’s since they first took over from the former owners Liang Kee.Both businesses provided excellent quality take-out at a reasonable price.As other reviewers have pointed out, the portions are huge, and we always have leftovers.No complaints whatsoever with this business.

Does anyone know a really good Chinese food restaurant in Hamilton? Anyone?? ... Because this is not it!After taking our 4th chance in over 2 years, this was our last choice. Suffice it to say we are still looking!It's sad when you feel you need to travel to another city just to get decent Candianized Chinese food. I'd even settle for real Chinese food!Anyone?? Is there a decent takeout place in Hamilton?

The specials are a good value, but you have to know what to get. Avoid the chicken balls; all breading. The fried rice had a great flavour but doesn't have much in it. You have to get something to put on it. I like this place!

Beef and broc with chicken fried rice and chicken balls. All for a great price I would give 4 stars if the beef wasnt so bland in some dark gravy, the rest was great. Will come back.

Paid $15.80 for the chicken plate with chickens balls, “general chicken”, and “lemon chicken”. It’s all just breaded chicken with sweet and sour sauce on top, and the breaded chicken has a tonne of bread, i wish I ate at mcdonalds instead of this. Just threw it out, enjoy!

Friendly staff, BIG portion and good pricing!! Just need some tables for dining in. Don't be fool that it looks like a Walk-in clinic! lol
