I suspect the bad reviews are coming from the delinquent account holders. This company has helped my small biz collect on accounts when other collection agencies refused to because amounts owing were too small for them. Good last resort for bad debt.

Worst and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life! Would give zero stars if they let me...A simple mistake that took literally 3 minutes to solve resulted in me having to deal with both of these idiots, Ms Clack and the owner Dan. I make my living working on the phone and I have never come across two people with such lack of respect. They must have a special kind of life when the joy they get is to make people who are already down on their luck feel even worse by being terrible human beings. I get the sense they peaked in High school and this is their special way of getting back at life for not turning out the way they assumed it would, so now they work in collections, and get to yell at people to distract them of how utterly miserable their lives are... I hope no one ever has the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with either of these scum bags.In spite of their inflamed egos, there is never a good reason to yell and be rude to someone when they are simply trying to ask questions so they understand the situation clearly and can take actions to rectify it. Sadly this was never an option in dealing with either Ms Clack or Dan the owner. Literal scum of the Earth....

Kristen Lambert, the collection agent I worked with, made the situation comfortable and easy. She was very professional, while caring and considerate of my feelings about the matter. Kristen went out of her way to investigate the other person involved. Owning money is an emotional and distressing situation to be in, however, Kristen was understanding and supportive.

Kristen was extremely polite and helpful when I called to pay my bill.Very nice lady and both our Mondays are great!

Worst and most unprofessional people I have ever met!!! Just disgusting!! I am personally a business owner and wouldn't sick these people on my worst enemy. I had an issue with someone we hired. Job was completely done wrong and botched job and I wasn't paying until fixed. They didn't care about this. They just want their money. Sent it to credit bureau and took us to provide legal proof to the company who originally sent us to them to sick off the dogs. Now they say they told the credit bureau to take the collection off but the credit bureau says this is not correct. NASTY PEOPLE! And they didn't get their money. They even apparently pretended to call the cops on me. It was just another one of their workers though.

Apparently, I received a phone call from a lady name Angelina and she indicate she is currently working at CBC agency collection. she was looking for a guy, which is I dont know. and I'm politely respond to her I dont know him you might a wrong number, but she insists her action. she is scamming innocent people so be aware!

I have been using Credit Bureau Collections for several years to collect and report on delinquent accounts for my family business. What sets CB Collections apart from the rest, aside from their cordial, professional and prompt service; is their flexibility to take on accounts of various sizes.Most of these people posting slanderous reviews here are the delinquent account holders themselves. A delinquent account holder who is refusing to pay for the goods and/or services they willfully enrolled in can cause major cashflow and operational disruptions to a business (especially a smaller business). A business sending an account to collections is typically a last resort, and after many attempts to resolve the issue directly with their client.The fact that CB has clearly struck a nerve with some of these delinquent account holders serves as reassurance that they are doing their job -- which from a business owner perspective, is exactly what I want in a collection agency!Thank you CB for all that you do.

An outstanding matter was resolved for me in just a phone call and a couple of emails. Kristen Lambert, thank you for resolving this matter in a professional and personal way for me.

If i am asked to retract this post I will not.I have read prior posts and seems to me that there is an issue here that should be looked at.For one, because I am pretty good at math. Being in business since 1981 does not equal up to 50 years in business.I called them to dispute a collection on my credit report ( which I have done for the last 5 years with Transunion and never had one single debt ) for some company that made an inquiry on the 19th of November of 2018, 3 days later I placed this phone call to be told that there is no record of myself or my debt ( even though my Transunion report and their customer service reprerepresent gave me their address and telephone number ).I was lied directly to and was told that I must be mistaking them for some place in Mississauga and was rudely hung up on.I'm going to be taking this issue to my lawyer

I’m very upset with the service I have received. A cleaning company in Barrie processed a claim after I refused to pay my bill. I had hired them for a “move out clean” and we were closing on our house the next day. I showed up at 7am and the house appeared like no one had ever been there. I contacted the owner who apologized and offered to come back however the house was legally closing in an hour meaning I legally could not have her come back at that point. Kristen has said I have to pay it as she offered to come back ? That makes zero sense. This company is attempting to ruin my very solid credit as a professional in the finance industry with no grounds. At this point it is just the ethics of it compared to the money I am now out. Photos of the “clean” they are manipulating me into paying for. (Also provided to Kristen.) I am almost in tears writing this as it just feels so insanely unfair and wrong.
