Nick was able to diagnose my dryer issue and give me options. I could get a new dryer or wait for mother board to arrive. I chose to wait and due to pandemic wait was long and he had warned me. The part came and my dryer was fixed so it was worth wait and the fix was less than half of what a new dryer cost. Thanks for the great service!

My old kenmore dryer had recently squeaking noise. I knew what parts needed replacing. I was able to change them. Put everything together heard a thumping noise went at this dryer for 2 hours. And the screw on top of lint trap fell inside dryer. So I decided I needed a technician to repair my dryer. I looked on my computer for the best reviews by customers & five stars for appliance repairs. I called a couple of places & got a call from Nick's Appliance. Very professional asked me what my concerns were i had & what there service cost etc. I set up diagnostic first for Nick technician to listen to machine & determine what needed to be done. We then set up a schedule to fix. All I can say is that Nick took the required time to fix the noise. He looked at old parts & new parts installed. He installed new parts again. Lubricated drum wheels & pulley. The new pulley was giving him problems with the noise. Finally fixed. He cleaned the back of my dryer & removed to screw that fell in. I would like to say excellent service. Very professional & very diligent I know this was a frustrating job. I give him 10 star rating. Thank you again. I would definitely use Nick's applicance company again.

He was very supportive and knowledgeable. Was on time for appointment and fixed issue of water leakage very fast. I had a challenge of stacked washer being placed in a small room where even appliance dolly can’t be of help. He moved the whole thing with some help.I would again consult him when in need and recommend to anyone.
