I came in one day to buy a new phone and was convinced my present phone needed repair. Gabrielle had made me an appointment previously on the phone and as I sat there the two other employees helped her locate my account. I forgot my pin. Meanwhile one of the employees took my present phone and got it up and running. I still thought buying the additional phone as a backup was a good idea. Gabrielle examined my account and informed me that by waiting 3 months on the upgrade I would save $500. I left that day with a repaired phone and a great feeling that these staff members really cared about taking care of my situation.I arrived that day frustrated and left with a satisfied feeling that these people treated me like their friend.

I had a great experience getting a new phone and plan today. Kevin was knowledgeable and friendly and provided awesome customer service!

I was extremely happy with the knowledge the sales person I had today. They knew the products and explained things easily so I could under. Made getting a new phone much easier. They were so helpful and got my info transferred over and my new phone all set up. I felt confident when I left that if I have any issues in the future, the sales person will be there to assist. Again, made getting a new phone easier.

Excellent service, no waiting. I’d give it a 5 star if I had received my emailed invoice as promised. Still need that.
