I needed a 7-seater for a day trip with friends, and I got the Ford Explorer from this location.What I liked:- I was able to pick up the vehicle earlier than the indicated time.- They were transparent about the tiny dent on the car upfront (hardly visible to the eyes).What I appreciated:There was a minor hiccup about the drop-off date/time since I picked up the vehicle earlier than the indicated time. The system automatically put it as a 2-day rental, but the manager, Jay Sripalan, was able to reverse the charge once he learned of the circumstance.I will return here for my future rental needs.

What a fantastic service we received. Friendly. Helpful. Allowed us to pick up at a later time with absolutely no fuss. Explained everything with ease and helped us out with the car. Would definitely use again and thank you for being so helpful and kind.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Around a month ago I took a car from Pearson airport and drop off was this location. The person receiving the car found a small scratch not visible to naked eyes (the small mark was almost invisible) He wanted me to sign a form saying that I had an accident with the car. Went to a different location and returned the car without any questions.

I was very pleased with the results when dealing with Jay at this location. He had some free time, and he offered to pick me up and when I returned my car he also had free time to drop me off, because I was just getting my car fixed at a shop nearby.I chose him over the other 2 car rentals because he offered this service. The others did not.I will always use his rental location whenever I need a car when mine is getting fixed, as long as he provides this great service.I know he's not always able to do this pickup and drop off, but even sometimes is a great help.

At the booking time they mentioned that PRICE IS HIGH DUE TO PEAK SEASON. But when I checked the receipt while returning the car there was an amount for COUNTER PRODUCTS that I didn't ask for event though I specifically asked them give only the base rate and no additional services. When I asked the reason for this they're saying this is what you agreed to while signing the contract. I NEVER ASKED FOR COUNTER PRODUCTS or ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICE.NOTE: Always check fuel and take a pictures when taking a car from this location. They forced me to fill the gas tank full even though gas tank was not full because in contract it's written as full. Paid for 18L of gas for 80KM car I've driven.Extremely unprofessional behaviour by JATHAVAN.

Jay is always amazing to deal with. He takes pride in helping his customers. Cars are always clean and ready to go. Very efficient. Love renting from him!

Excellent and attentive service every time I rent here. Great manager at this location and it shows, that’s why I keep coming back. Also the fleet is always updated and the car selection is better than most other dealerships I’ve been too. Don’t waste your time looking around - visit Avis in High Park for your rental needs.

Jay, who is the manager here is of great help and very good services provided by him. 5 stars are less for the warmth and energy he delivers.
