Maître Effie Kostakos has been an amazing notary for my family. She is fluent in several languages (English, French, Greek, Spanish) and was able to serve my mother comfortably in Spanish, her birth language. Effie was also extremely professional, caring and sensitive when revising my parents’ will after their divorce. Recently, Effie processed the purchase deed for my condo and was quick, efficient, and very accommodating, especially given the restrictions during the pandemic. Highly recommend!!

Over the years, I've completed over 100 transactions with Effie. I'm a local mortgage broker. Effie is awesome with my clients and I never worry when she handles a refinance or a purchase. She's very positive, proactive and very transparent. My mortgages are usually complex and difficult. Effie is instrumental. Mortgage financing can be complex and not always easy. Having a notary like Effie support my clients is paramount. I cannoy say enough good things about her. I would recommend her anytime and any day. Period.
