From our dealings and communication with Travis (CEO & Founder) to the two gentlemen, Daniel & Joel who safely and professionally transferred my wife (and I) to and from the hospital, I wish to convey our deepest thanks and appreciation! Wanted to put another review but it won't let me so will update this one. Sister was taken by ambulance to hospital yesterday. Released today and needed patient transfer to get home. They not only fit her in but had her home within a couple of hours and A1 treatment. Thanks Travis and ladies(sorry I didn't get your names)!If I could give 10 stars I would. So important to a bedridden patient to know they have someone they can count on for transfer to appts.Easy booking process. The people we have had to do the 2 appts so far have been great! Eases our mind knowing that since we have more appts coming up. Arrive on time(early actually) and were very accommodating and compassionate, even when having to stop part way through trip to readjust patient's position.

I had them come from BGH and Mackinley and Sarah bringing me home.Two of the sweetest , nicest people I ever met. I had Pioneer 4 times now and they are by far the best 2 people working there.

Pioneer were angels for us. One of their competitors failed to show up to move my 94 year old mother from Amica at Whitby to Belmont in Belleville. It was a time sensitive transfer with a doctor and nurse waiting. We called Pioneer and when they learned of the position we suddenly found ourselves in, they moved mountains to immediately arrange for an urgent transfer for us. From the dispatch staff to the services provided, our experience with Pioneer was outstanding. As another reviewer stated, I would give them 10 stars if I could. What a team !!!!
