This Shrine Installation has been in this spot for many years, likely before this area was even called Cougar Ridge. * I am not an expert on the history so please don't quote me on this.It is positioned on Private Property, but you can view it from the walking path, off of the Private Land. It has a peaceful vibe in the warm summer days, and an out-of-place" feel during the short winter days.Overall
