The UPS Store

We use this store 10/10 times for all our shipping needs. Mess and Marcus are amazing and easy to deal with. Thank you for your great service always!-We avoid the Whyte ave location like the plague. That owner is condescending, unhelpful and rude.UPS west is the best spot in the city.

This location is useless, showed up for my package after the website tracked it to the 170th location. Front deck male could not locate it and the only advise he offered was to call corporate, after waiting 2 hrs on the phone to tell me it's still with the driver even though my tracking shows a pick up location. Went to grab my package again on Saturday and they close an hour early... at 3pm when website says 4. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time having to now wait till Monday to get my package hopefully. Package was scheduled for Nov 11 and I will not receive it till the 21st

Owner/Operator is a great guy and meeting Charlie was a nice bonus!

I brought a cell phone to this store a few years ago to ship to montreal for my girlfriend, they provided the packaging and watched me package the brand new phone then took it for shipping. The phone never madr it to its destination, i called an inquired multiple time the store did not do anthing about it, i called head office regarding the situation and left muliple messages and was never contacted. At the time reviews were not a big thing to me so it did not cross my mind to post a review until now. Be warned and cautious just because they act friendly doesn't mean they are. This review is for the callingwood ups store bot the ups store located by West Edmonton mall, I am not sure what happened when I wrote this review I wrote it for the callingwood ups store, I am not sure how the address changed afterwards.

Manager mess here will steal ur package. Make up lies about helping u to find it drag it on for months say hes gonna help then when asked for the video proof the store has when u dropped it off will call you and start swearing at you. This guy is not only a loose cannon but clearly a theif aswell. 100% making a police report on the nightmare of a manager.

Always the best service. Don't pay attention to the negative comments about lost packages this store isn't the corporate people nor the drivers. Packages get misplaced all the time but not by the store by drivers and other works along the delivery chain. Mess the owner is one of the kindest people you could ever meet and is fantastic at getting you the best rates at the fastest delivery possible.

The worst store. Got a damaged shipment. Called UPS and they asked to contact the store where it was shipped from. Been trying to call and it is always engaged. One time someone picks up and then puts me on hold for 5 mins and disconnects later. Tried after and its engaged again. Worst service ever. Ups in whole is the worst.

The agent who helped me was disarmingly charming but boy was it expensive. $68 to ship a box within Canada was brutal. And that was the cheapest deal.

The smiley UPS gentleman this morning was exuding warm & joyful vibes, I am glad it was my first errand of the day!He was polite, kind and set a lovely tone to anyone who came in. I never thought I would say all this about a delivery drop off haha, but thank you for treating people like people.. that deserves to be praised these days.

Had an amazing experience with Mess the man working the counter. He was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location. I will drove out of my way to come here :-)
