They are terrible. The lady on the phone was so rude. They accused me of not showing up at the appointment time but the appointment date was the next day. They try to charge you for not attending the appointment. Don't trust them. Please go find yourself another dental clinic even you have to wait longer.

I had a dental emergency over the weekend. I was able to speak with a dentist on Saturday evening and received some advice that got me through the weekend. The following Monday (today), I received an appointment first thing and my horrible pain was treated with extreme care and professionalism. I am afraid of dentistry and the people here were very kind and compassionate, they listened to me and put me at ease. I am very grateful for the professionals at Island Dental Health Center, I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you all!!
