I was doing some traveling for work and when I was leaving Kingston, my wipers finally gave way and died. Before they died though, I was having to put in the fuse to make the wipers work every time it rained.This time however, not so much.Took it to Midas here and within minutes they had it in the shop and found the issue....Turns out, the transmission inside the wiper motor has gone. Dead. No more wipers...They explained it. Unfortunately it's something that needs to be replaced but the van is leaving my hands shortly.Great service. Great people. Highly recommend!

Never had good experience with any mechanic and I’ve been driving since 1997. Just moved to Kingston and needed some tire work and help attaching a bracket for a CB radio antenna. The service was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I felt welcomed and looked after. I was treated with respect and integrity. No one tried to upsell anything or confuse me, pressure me or do anything to take advantage of my situation. When I went in to check on the status of my maintenance they took me to see the car and had nothing to hide.All the work was done within a day and I was back on the road that night. The price was reasonable and I actually left feeling that I had made the best decision in seeing them as well as the services I paid for. After I settled up, the young man who was helping me all along reached across the counter for a handshake. I was very impressed. I am very happy they are in my area and look forward to bring my jeep to them for anything it needs moving forward. Thank you.

The crew at the Princess street location are outstanding. Let's face it...vehicle repairs are never fun and often very expensive. Cheryl at the front desk finds any way possible to save you a few bucks and the mechanics make sure the job is well done. They are a great team and I am grateful to find a garage I can trust. Knowledgeable staff and a friendly atmosphere. I appreciate every single one of you.

Great service! They squeezed me in without appointment for emerge tire repair! Had them do a needed suspension repair as well and all within a tight timeline as I had an evening appointment. Great communication, very friendly! Thank you.

Went in for a tire replacement. Quoted me 110$ for 4 tires. Told them needed 2 said 55$. Went in and after everything charged me almost 80$. I was in a rush. Great staff but they will rip you off. Keep your business elsewhere. I had to travel and hence I paid the price. Worst mistake ever. Never going back again. Asked them for tire rotation service. Was denied service.

Love them! So grateful for all their help. From taking me in right away having been towed, to giving me a detailed breakdown re the repairs, and did I mention their great personalities! I’d go back there in a heartbeat.

Always get a great service when I go to Midas especially Jessie Howe. He has patience to describe what needs to be done and what my options are.

10/10 customer service from your young curly haired lad behind the counter. Could not ask for a better experience while purchasing tires or parts for my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all the parts and kept his patience’s as I continued to ask questions to make sure I wasn’t getting screwed. Will definitely be using the service again if I get to interact with the same parts guy.

Great accommodating service! Was on a road trip to Kingston for the weekend. Heat shield rusted off and I needed it fully removed. Called 20 minutes ahead of time, they had spot, and removed it within 15 minutes.
