I had shipped my 1975, Motobecane Mobeylette 50V from Toronto to Montreal to be repaired. For 15 years my moped was sitting in my garage completely dead! Jean- Francois kept me involved throughout the entire process by video and pictures while he was working on it. I randomly visited the store around August 2020 because I was shopping for a scooter at the time and ultimately didn't commit because I didn't have enough funds. Although I remembered leaving the store telling myself I would leave a 5 star review because the owner (Jean-Francois) took the time to give me a thorough overview of what Scooters to buy and which to avoid (even recommended brands that he didn't carry). You can tell that he's driven by passion and that he's not trying to shark you into buying anything for the sake of selling.I am shocked to see al the 1 star reviews, it's a reminder for me to not automatically trust bad reviews and to experience things for myself. Kudos to Scootart team, I will hopefully have the budget to buy a Scooter from you one day.

I came in looking to buy a 50cc scooter and the owner was honestly extremely nice and useful. He only had one model for sale but he didn't try to force it on me- he gave me a ton of really solid advice for buying used scooters as well as when the best time to do it is. I even got some insider information on which scooters are easiest to repair at the mechanic! Thank you again, I'll be sure to check you out next year.

Wow such an amazing service & experience with such an extremely friendly and passionate team. It's such a relief to have met/found a team I can trust for once. They know all about Vespas, scooters & any thing with 2 + wheels inside and out. Withing one hour they solved and ongoing (all summer long) issue that my last shop could not solve without trying to sell me uneccesary services. Scootart has become the only people I now trust to touch my Vespa or future bikes. Thank you so much.

Bought a Vespa in spring of 2022. We got excellent service from friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff that answered all of our questions and took great care of us.I can highly recommend Scootart to anyone looking for a two wheeled companion. Best dealer in Montreal!

Updated April 2022We had some trouble, sometimes they're very busy and they have missed fixing some stuff for me, but they will really go the extra mile to make it right. That's something you don't find much these days. They are nice people who care alot about the customers and scooters, just have to remind them sometimes to make sure everything on your list was fixed if you go in for multiple repairs ;)-----------Helpful friendly and passionate about what they're doing.I stored my scooter there in the winter and I had some on and off trouble with my scooter not starting. It seemed fine after getting it back from the shop but then it started acting up again. I was displeased that I had already had it in for repairs and was now going to have to not have my bike for a while. But they were very nice and apologetic, they couldn't find the problem because it was starting everytime. Then when all hope was lost, they found the problem and fixed it. I guess sometimes issues don't always present themselves the first time, but they worked really hard to make it up to me, so 5 stars :PAlso they have a really cute shop with antique bikes and stuff on display :P

Great service. I took my Vespa sprint 50 in to get an adjustment and not only did they complete the job in only 4 hours they also fixed my license plate mounting, adjusted my breaks and polished my scooter at no extra charge. The guys that work there are super awesome and you can tell they’re very knowledgeable
