So today was under my car looking for what sounded like an exhaust leak. Got it on the ramp and what do you know, got my exhaust work done at midas, what were they thinking charging $300 for this piece of work (see photo). There was weld wire hanging from the exhaust and a bad leak. Also not to mention the poor quality of rusty pipe they used. Looks like they ran out of pipe and made something work to make money. If you’re looking for exhaust work do not come here.

I’m from out of town and had come into Calgary in business when my engine light flicked on. I drove into Midas Auto Calgary North, worried and rushed. Pavankumar Chaudhari greeted me at the door, and asked me to wait 20 mins and he would have a mechanic take a look. Within 15 mins, he had checked the messages with the code reader, discussed options with me, and set me on my way. This is a locally operated shop with an excellent reputation. Other customers in the shop were gushing about other great experiences. Thank you, Pavankumar! See you next time!

Fantastic service. Got me in really quick. Took me in the back to look at my exhaust and gave me options. Been coming here for over 20 years with three different trucks. Don’t go anywhere else.

I visited this place few days ago for an oil change because they had an discount going for synthetic oil change for 69.99 The service was okay. but there is some downsides and low knowledge. first I asked for how long this oil would last I was told either 6000 or 7000 and I didn’t get a clear answer and I did an online search and found out that mostly synthetic oil last about 8000 kilometres. The second downside was there supposed to check cabin air filter but they did not and they were supposed to check brakes but they did not check brakes lastly on the receipt it says washer fluid refill but they only fill one litre.

These guys are fraudesters they adverstise $39.99 for oil change and book the appointment for you on that basis but then tell you it’s $54 when you ge there. Be careful don’t be scammed. This review forces you to put one star or else I would have put 0.

Had an oil change, brakes done, and air filters replaced. My car ran rougher than before and my brand new bumper now has a crack in the front that wasn't there before.

We were driving through and had truck problems and needed to have it looked at in a quick manner. The owner was able to fit us in within a few hours, whereas most places had no availability for days. He was very helpful and with his assistance we were able to keep on time for our trip to Alaska. Thank you to the owner and shop workers!
