I've reviewed it once and I'll review it again, the employees here are nothing but helpful and polite, they make me feel at home while purchasing my products, their feedback and expertise is amazing and I couldn't ask for better service. Even when it's new faces, new workers, they all treat me like a friend, always a smile on their face and willing to provide the best service. I'd like to give props to the manager for hiring amazing employees and holding the store down. No Fat Panda does it like the Memorial location. Appreciate the amazing service! To add, I just seen a review about people buying for minors in this shop, while they are outside, I've seen the ministry waiting for to catch perpetrators outside plenty, the store does their best, but they can't exactly catch everything, they are trying their best and that's what counts in my opinion. Great store!

I’m curious as to how 10 packs of vuse pods and 1 disposable (which I’m suppose to get for free for buying so many vuse pods) came up to $161.55 I believe whoever checked me out scanned the disposable first…I even asked her if that price was with the FREE disposable and she said yes. *Update* fantastic customer service team and shout out to cam! Thank you so much for getting this resolved as soon as you guys could :)

I've been shopping at Fat Panda for a number of years and am always impressed with the customer service. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but I always feel like I'm being welcomed as a friend, not just someone who pops in every couple months for juice. Awesome selection, great sales.. what more could you want? :)Stopped in today for some new coils and couldn't really decide which juice I wanted - staff asked some questions about my preferences and picked one out for me. I've just tried it and it's wonderful! Definitely appreciate their suggestions and expertise!

Went here for someone else. This stuff should be banned. I watched an adult" go in and buy vapes for clearly underage kids who were vaping outside the door. Also

I'm from Kitchener area and here visiting family. Sunday morning 8am I broke the glass on the tank. No nicotine until noon when they opened. I was in bad shape. Anyway they had me fixed up. Glass and 2 rings replaced in 5 minutes and all for $5. Amazing service. Thanks so much

Excellent Customer service!!Super fast , friendly, and easy shopping experience.I went in to purchase a new MOD, Tank, Battery, and Juice. The staff member not only made a perfect suggestion for the right tank suited for me needs, he also set up and filled my tank so it was ready to use!He answered any questions I had about the products.My total purchase was cheaper than expected due to my accumulated points! I saved $50.00!!I HIGHLY recommend FAT PANDA THUNDER BAY!

Amazing staff. They’re always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rare time I have an issue with my hardware or anything, the team there always goes way above and beyond what I’m expecting. It starts at the top, they have a great and passionate manager and that trickles down to the service staff. They also have a great loyalty program. If you vape and you don’t hit up Fat Panda on memorial you are doing yourself a disservice.

Great place, friendly staff! only posted 4 stars because they seem to have a hard time keeping inventory in stock.
