I have been on hold the whole day, it’s 1:24am and no one is picking up. Are these nurses really serious about their jobs? Do they really care about the people? This is so bad. Info sante you need to do better!

I had a hold time of 2 hours . Then when I finally got to speak to someone she was unpleasant and unhelpful . She had no input whatsoever based on my symptoms . I only called because I'm having difficulty making an appointment to see a doctor and thought perhaps I could get some input. This was a total waste of my time.

The nurse I had was absolutely amazing and kind. People need to be patient and understanding with our healthcare workers. They are doing so much.

I see a lot of bad reviews here. Frankly, I've never had a bad experience with this service. I always got kind, patient nurses that took their time to listen and help. But based on reviews here, looks like it's a toss of the coin whether you find someone competent or not.

4 days trying to reach a nurse . Different times of the day and nobody answers the phone.Longest period I kept my phone on speaker while waiting was 2 hours.Honestly so discouraging

Called for the twins to establish whether they had a flu or a cold, the nurse was very helpful and friendly going into great details and asking a lot of pertinent questions and giving a whole exhaustive list of what to do in all the possible upcoming scenarios, like in which case i will go to a clinic or an emergency, everything was covered, not to mention the waiting time to get to talk to her was under one minute.This was an above and beyond service. That's what I took my time writing this review. My experience was different than the negative reviews I read , I believe it is also worth sharing.

I’ve called Info Santé multiple times for many years for various concerns about my health and my children’s. I’ve always had a great service with professional and kind nurses. Yes the waiting time can be long, especially during peak season, but nothing to complain about. I’m grateful for this service and I am thankful for the nurses and healthcare professionals.

The nurse that I spoke to just literally said that it didn't matter how much fever that I had, that nothing was going to help my fever and she even said that Tylenol doesn't help with fever. and that there was no magic number when fever is dangerous to go to the hospital. wow I told her I had two risk factors that I was positive covid-19, that my fever is fluctuating quite a bit. she said there was no treatments for me and then I was just going to have to treat it like a regular cold.

By the time someone pick up your call, you might have already healed.For the people who said the wait time is fast, over the years, I've called in different hours for different problems. I have never experienced wait time that's less than 1 hour. if that's the fast you're talking about.
