Great service. They also have an exotic veterinarian. When I had to say goodbye to my dog they handled it with compassion and heart.

Sadly my first (and last) visit to this Veterinary clinic was this past Saturday where we had to say goodbye to Loula, our 14 years old Maltese. We brought her here as she was taking her last few breaths and arrived right on time where she passed away peacefully in our arms. Although this was the saddest and most difficult day of my life, the entire staff made the experience easier to deal with. Everyone was so compassionate, patient and understanding - honestly they were angels. I will be eternally grateful for the way everything was handled with such care and affection for our precious pet.

They seem disorganized, I call in for medication and place an order a day or two in advance, but when I arrive they haven't started it and I wait for over 45 minutes. Thus has happened more than a few times. Also they are pricey. prefer Vet Liesse.

Dr. Schecter is the absolute best! She has always given the proper care my dogs have needed every time i have gone to her. Super friendly and kind veterinarian, came in with my dog having a UTI and she did absolutely everything she could in a timely manner to get me the medication she needed that same night! You can tell how passionate she is about her career and I will certainly be going back to her! :)

Everyone seems very kind and friendly here. I came in, last week, to get my bunny neutered. I was very nervous about him getting hurt because he always jumps out of people's arms and can get seriously injured (He hates being held which is why I ask ppl not to). I sounded like an extremely over protective mom but the technician was so kind about it and took note about the jumping. She did not make me feel bad about it at all, which I really appreciated. She was very reassuring! When I came to pick him up the other tech was also very patient with my many questions. I'm very grateful for their patience and understanding! The place is also very clean. Bonus! Thank you again!

Great staff very friendly and helpful. Managed to squeeze me in for a emergency with my puppy when he had a eye infection. Very caring and they call to check up after any visits. Strongly recommend

Pepper may not have a made a great first impression first time, arriving with a very large and offensive abscess that was rupturing, on top of arriving just before closing time on a Sunday, but she received excellent care nonetheless; quick and efficient intake, thorough cleaning and a victorian collar, all surprisingly affordable. Many thanks to the tech for taking great care of my baby in a horrible state.

I'm new to the province from Ottawa & my 12yr old dog bella was unwell found them near me & what a godsend. welcominggreeting & also pleasantly surprised of English speaking staff.very warm & friendly vet is super sweet very articulate.very patient with thorough explanation God bless this clinic & staff highly recommend.

I have mixed feelings about Pierrefond animal hospital. I’ve been doing all my dog and my cat’s vaccines and annual check up there for about 3 years. I used to be very happy with their service and I loved the people working there. But recently, they charged me about 700$ but still being unable to diagnose the apparent abscess on my dog’s neck. People there are willing to help, and they are very nice. It is only the quality of their medical care seems more or less unsatisfactory. After five days, we have to change hospital. Hopefully she will do better :(
