Just off the trail in Espanola, we needed plugs and they were super helpful and found us two not on the shelve.

Staff seemed a lil grouchy.And if the other customers said they were great. Well then they must pick and choose who gets attitude or not. N I'm native, so I must've been picked as give attitude or sorry be grouchy. Or just the staff working at that time.

Canada's favorite tire store! But wait!! There's more, this place has anything and everything that you need!! From auto parts to furniture to kitchen appliances to spring goods to tools and yes they even have tires and will install them for you too!!!

We bought the Fiskars Comfort Grip Lopper/Pruner Set ( #299-1378-6 ) online but when we went to pick it up, we only got the lopper but we didn't get the pruner. The pruner wasn't in the package, which had empty holes for its spot. BUT we got charged the amount for the full product, NOT half of a product. They still have 5 in stock, but after asking why we don't have the pruner in the product, the employee said that they don't have it, meaning that half the product was either damaged or missing.The employee mentioned that we will get a refund on the product after 3-4 days. Which doesn't make sense at all because it is one product meant to be sold as one item. We weren't given a new product, nor were we told to wait for a non-damaged product. Now, for a full refund, we need to wait for the entire store to open back. If they didn't have the full product, they should've told us earlier that they do not have it and that our order ISN'T ready for pickup. Also, it still says that they have 5 items in stock at Espanola on their website. They should've given us a full product, if this is the case. It's deceiving to us when we found out that we paid for the entire product because we needed both of them but we only received half. Get someone responsible enough to check if the product is not missing before making an order.

Only ever 2 cashier tills ever open every week we go their. Always busy and long line ups.

We are so lucky to have the Espanola store to shop at. It is a good size store with lots of products available. Always clean and the staff are wonderful. Roy is always a friendly face to help us find things. And we must make a shout out to their parts and service department, what an amazing group of guys, ever so helpful, polite and friendly. Will has always been there for us over the years, so thanks Will.

Best bet for cars is just out of espanola, well away from here. This place is sub-par for anything except how well that they fail in the automotive department. It is well worth a drive to a different location or go just as far from this establishment as possible for car repairs.
