Great customer service.Explained that I had a flight to catch soon and I was catered to right away!Went right in and had my alterations done within 30 minutes! Absolutely fantastic attentiveness to customer care.

I had just picked up my formal dress pants from the alteration shop downstairs by London Drugs, and was very upset because they ruined my pants...hemmed too short by machine instead of by hand and didn't take the waist in enough. They were quickly redone without removing the old stitching and the hem was all lumpy with extra thread. You could see where the hem had been changed and their press was broken, so they were returned to me all wrinkled with no apologies. I was on my way out of the mall and saw the ladies at the counter at Pro-Stitch and asked for their opinion while showing them my pants. The older lady was very kind and started picking out the thread from the old hem and offered to steam them for me to take the wrinkles out as a goodwill gesture. These ladies are to be commended for their random act of kindness. In the future, they will get all of my business and I will tell all of my friends how wonderful they are. Thank you for calming me down and helping me out. I don't have a steamer at home and need the pants for a semi-formal soon. Your kindness will not be forgotten. ❤

I came here an hour before closing to drop off a t-shirt that had some lose threads in the armpit seam that could eventually turn into a hole. The staff member was friendly and passed it along to the seamstress, who to my surprise immediately serviced me. My shirt was repaired in under 5 minutes! The seamstress did a fantastic job in terms of efficiency and quality. Additionally, the cost was very affordable. I recommend Pro Stitch for repair and alteration needs and I will surely return when needed!

They hemmed my nieces grad dress with only a few days to spare. They did a wonderful job and a very fair price. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been getting my alterations done at this shop for over 10 years without any issues. Sadly, this ended after my recent poor experience. I brought in 2 pairs of dress pants for hemming and tapering. I even took a sample pair of pants that fit perfectly for reference. I told the rep exactly how I wanted the pants altered. Nearly $100 and 1.5 weeks later, I picked up the pants and was utterly disappointed with the “alterations”. It felt like they simply hemmed the pants and charged me a tapering fee for fun. I ended up taking the pants to another tailor that did a perfect job. Won’t be back here again.

This place has saved me so many times when I have been in need of repairs or alterations on my clothing! They have always been so accommodating, professional and have incredible customer service. They aim to please, and their work is perfect. I was recently in for a last minute repair on an outfit for a wedding that I was attending, and they fit me in and were able to get the job done quickly and the results were great. I appreciate them!

It's a nice and clean shop. The staffs were super friendly who measured my size and took notes of my requests. They gave me a quote and said they could talk more with the designer if certain things could be done cheaper.Editing my review after my second visit and my wedding dress is all done. It turned out amazing. They found a way to work with my budget and also gave unique great professional suggestions that the dress turned out way better than I thought.Would definitely recommend this place. They are easy to get to, fast service, transparent quotes, and easy communication.

I know it sounds stupid to be mad at losing enough weight that I have to alter my clothes, but having to spend money to look good for a work event is annoying. What's even more annoying is trying to find a place that isn't booked a million weeks in advance AND does a great job. I was striking out all over the place looking to get my pants done in less than a week. When I came to Pro-Stitch, I was skeptical. They not only said they could do it before my work event, but they'd have it done days in advance. I took a chance and was not disappointed. Super friendly service, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and conveniently located at the upper east entrance of Coquitlam Centre. While I don't cherish the idea of having to get more things altered, I won't hesitate to bring my items to Pro-Stitch. Thank you!

I have used Pro Stitch for my alterations several times. It is now my go to for alterations. The work that they do is excellent, the service is impeccable and the cost is very reasonable. I was more than impressed today. I needed a pair of pants hemmed and asked if they could be ready by Saturday. I was told to come back in an hour and they would be ready. They were. Wow!

Employees were very polite and helpful. Got 3 pants hemmed,they gave me a great deal and got it done in just a couple of days! Very pleased and will definitely come back!
