Chateau Nova Peace River

This was official hotel for our tournament. Absolutely messed up our bookings Worst managed hotel I have ever experienced. Such an opportunity to showcase Peace River but they totally dropped the ball. Horrible experience stay away

Best hotel in peace River. Large beautiful rooms, large tub, SUPER comfortable beds. Pet friendly. Gym is great, laundry, breakfast, restaurant and lounge. Absolutely amazing atmosphere.

Amazing rooms! Great customer service. The breakfast was good too.

Great place to stay with dogs. Big open field to walk them in. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Lounge was good and so was their food. The servers were also wonderful. Quickly becoming our favorite place to stay in Peace River.

Service at front desk was good. Room was good except for the long hair in the tub. Cafe table service was good. It took long time to get breakfast The food was cold when it arrived and not what I wanted. Other people came and left as there order was taking to long.

Highlights-bed was super comfy, our room was clean(others in our group weren't so lucky)Complaints-VERY UNDERSTAFFED, NO SHOWER CURTAIN, restaurant was hardly open,Beds were very comfy!

Nice room. Loose 2 stars for NO continental breakfast. Give them 1 point for using their power to power our trailer.

If you’re planning an “event stay”, avoid this hotel at all costs!! This hotel was selected to host teams from all across the province. To begin with, booking was a nightmare. Upon arrival, rooms thought to be booked were not. Then the room you got was full of pet hair! When waking in the morning, breakfast was only being served to certain individuals due to a banquet they were preparing for that evening …. Needless to say (at said banquet) 50 + people did not get served because they mismanaged and ran out of food! Luckily they supplied canned beans and chicken fingers in replace of the paid meal …. Absolutely unacceptable. Kudos to the staff for carrying the weight and doing what they could to cover and make up for some of the poorest management I’ve ever seen!! I will not ever be back here nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I just had a couple of meals in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent! Great value as well!!
