This is the best cleaning service on the island! They met with me and gave me the details of how their service worked as well as an estimate. When the cleaners arrived on schedule they did such an amazing job! No detail missed! My entire house was sparkling. Great job! Highly recommend.

Lemon tree came as a recommendation from a friend, I called and they were able to meet me the same day after hours for a quote. They were able to squeeze me in that week to clean a home we had just taken possession of. They were professional, on time and did a good job.

Would not recommend. We used Lemon Tree Housekeeping for several months for bi-weekly cleaning and were happy with the service - their cleaners were on-time and pleasant to work with. The company itself however, was not easy to deal with when we had an issue - they made a scheduling error and forgot to clean our house. They initially did not offer to provide any discount towards a future clean for the error. When we asked for a discount that matched their cancellation policy they refused and the owner also refused to speak with us.

I have been unable to move around due to being on crutches. Ashley and her team have been super helpful. They have done a lovely job cleaning, have been so accommodating and helpful with the general level of disorganization that comes with not being able to tidy up properly, let alone clean. They are always cheerful and courteous. I hired them to help me while incapacitated. Now I don't think I want to survive without them. thank you Lemon Tree
