This place is amazing. I had a hat custom embroidered, and my experience was fantastic. They were kind, patient, and gave me lots of different options. Also it was very affordable and only took about 10 minutes!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I popped by to price getting a baseball cap with some custom embroidery on it and Wendy helped with all aspects of it AND had it done in one day!! Totally satisfied with my hat and the price was less than I expected. A lot less. And to top it off, Wendy was not only very helpful she was incredibly friendly. Can’t say enough good things about my whole experience. Would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

My sister wanted a personalized gift for her grandaughter and needed to have a blanket embroidered with her name. She called Creative Embroidery and Designs to inquire and talked to Wendy . Wendy asked what name to put in so that she can be ready with some fonts to choose from when we go there. At the store, she showed us also different colours to choose from for the thread to be used for the embroidery, the size of the fonts, the placement of the name. She also mentioned that the price is the same regardless of the size. She really took the time to explain and show how it will look, she was very detailed and thorough. She really gave us importance even if it is a small job. Also the job can be done in only a few hours. We were extremely satisfied with the results and the price is very reasonable. We will surely go back to this place if we need something personalized and would highly recommend them.
