Dr. Evgeniya Fefelova

This office is so disorganized and lacks basic communication to patients. When I originally saw Dr.Fevelova at RVH for my first two appointments everything went very smoothly. The last time I had to make an appointment I was booked in at her office. The receptionists at the office are short and do not explain anything to you. As someone who has never had to have an ultrasound before, it would have been nice to know if it was internal or external. I was booked with a different doctor covering the day for Dr.Fevelova and was not told that I wouldn’t be seeing her. The first ultrasound appointment I had, the ultrasound tech told me what she found.. I’m not sure ultrasound techs are allowed to let you know their findings. I waited a week to hear back after the initial ultrasound, in which they told me they wanted to do a follow up ultrasound in a month and a half. At no point did I have a doctor tell me the results of my ultrasound. I initially booked in to have my IUD replaced, the doctor I saw couldn’t get it out, so requested an ultrasound to see the placement. In the ultrasound, it showed a cyst on one of my ovaries (according to the ultrasound tech). Since the cyst was found everything was about the cyst, when I really need my IUD switched as it expired in October. Today I had my follow up ultrasound. When I went to the front after my appointment they asked if I needed to book back for anything … this is very frustrating as I’ve been waiting to hear the results from my first ultrasound which I still haven’t gotten. I stated why I was booked originally, the receptionist asked if I wanted to book in at the surgical centre. I asked if it was determined that Fefelova could remove the IUD.. that hadn’t been confirmed. That could have been another appointment that could have been another waste of time and another day I had to book off work. In the past Dr.Fevelova has been great, however the other staff at her office do not leave you feeling secure. If you want to avoid miscommunication and actually get any information about your health below the belt please go to another OB.

Had a terrible experience both times I went to this office. I went to get an IUD replaced. It's so disappointing the lack of understanding regarding pain management during these procedures. I understand everyone is different and has a different experience. Dr. Fefelova has no bedside manners and no compassion. It was a very traumatic experience. You'd think that going to a woman's health clinic and being seen by a fellow woman you'd have more understanding. So disappointed.Unfortunately this is the closest women's health clinic to me which is an hour away. I would rather drive two hours to Toronto then go see her again.

I have been there twice. Entire experience was awesome. Both of the doctor and technician presented the procedures very details and step by step. English is not my first language. They explained slowly and patiently. The front desk is lovely too, I would give 5 stars if they can answer my phone call. So I do not have to try multiple times a day. But I can totally understand after I see their appointment schedule. I recommend to everyone!!!

I am 35 weeks pregnant and I just moved up to Barrie. I have to say, The staff at this office is very rude especially the one who is assisting Doctor Fefelova. I been trying to get a hold of Dr. Kilani's office and phones never get answered or emails. So I decided to ask the partner office for help. The comment back to me was very rude and this is very disappointing especially to pregnant women. I don't know why people work in places like this who do not take the time or care to help out other women.

Omg this people are very ridiculous. They don’t care how you feeling and are not ready to help. When you finally get a testing date they won’t give you your results. you have to keep calling which they won’t pick nor reply for emails. There is this particular receptionist which was very rude and always looking sad like she wasn’t paid to get the job done. I can keep writing about how bad my experience with them was.

Dr. Fefelova was my OB for my twin pregnancy. Her office was beyond accommodating and friendly. I never waited long for an appointment and when there, I never felt rushed. I had a c-section with Dr. Fefelova and she made me feel so comfortable - somehow I find myself describing it as a blissful experience. I cannot thank her and her team enough for making my pregnancy journey so smooth.

Went for an ultrasound, tech couldnt tell if the gestational sac actually was the sac or not. Sent me for bloodwork. Found out I was miscarrying and was told Dr Fefelova wasnt in the office until after the weekend and to wait to hear from her. Took me 8 times calling for them to even answer the phone. There was lack of compassion in the recipionists voice. This office is just a joke now.

Absolutely one of the worst OBs I've met. I honestly wish Dr.Causey was still working because people like Fefelova should not be an OB. If you are delivering your baby at RVH and she comes in the room immediately get a different doctor. There is no compassion with her, there is only shut up and do with her and if you tare down there while delivering she will tell you that you don't have one at all and send you home when you actually have 2 tares and one is a split in the inner lip down there.

Highly not recommend! very rude staff they never following up with emails no answering phone. Also very careful with Dr Fefelova she gave wrong advice with Hrt pills thankfully I didn’t follow her prescription. I’ve heard from other people who have had very bad experiences with hormones related issues also she’s extremely careless also racist !!! DO NOT trust her! you play with your health if you do. Thankfully with the help of my family doctor i found a really good gynaecologist he is completely against DR fefelova treatment method! Be careful .

Sent me home 2 times because I got my appointment wrong apparently. They gave me a card with the time and date on it so no way I could have gotten it wrong. This didn't just happen once. It happened twice. Pathetic and very unprofessional.
