I received my wedding bands today and they are simply gorgeous. The staff at bluboho Oakville is excellent. During my 4 visits to the store, each employee took their time to help me try on many different pieces (without being pushy about a sale). Because I needed a half-size, they made a custom order that was seamless and quick to be delivered. During my last visit I met Cheryl (the store owner) who is such a light! She took the time to make sure my rings were perfect and fitting correctly, and we chatted about my upcoming wedding. I will definitely be back in the future!

WORST COMPANY EVER!! ive never had such horrible customer service. they truly dont value their customers or how much they spend. their pieces are way too overpriced for what you're buying, their repairs take too long and again are overpriced. just avoid this place altogether.

I love this store! The staff is always super friendly and helpful my day is always made better when I get a chance to visit the store. My review is for bluboho as a whole, but as the Oakville store is the one I most often frequent (plus online!) it's going to this one!I have never not been amazed by bluboho. The quality and beauty of their pieces, the intimacy of the store, and the customer experience all go hand in hand to make shopping with them the best experience time after time. I have bought gifts (for myself :D and of course others) and received gifts. I have had to exchange due to sizing, and I have had odd asks for multiple payment methods. Everything is dealt with with the upmost care. I look forward to shopping with bluboho again and again.

I can’t speak kindly enough about my experience at bluboho. After admiring the designs online for many months, I was finally able to go in-store and treat myself. Not only was every item more stunning in person, but the customer service was out of this world. Jordan went above and beyond to ensure I saw, tried on, and loved every piece that I purchased and made my birthday shopping SO much more special and enjoyable than I could have imagined. The rest of the team at Oakville were also incredibly kind and my experience could not have been better! Thank you Jordan for making my week! And I will definitely be back!

As far as the Oakville location (only one I've dealt with) Their in store customer service is more than enough reason to shop here! Ive bought the wrong size ring and had no issues with getting the proper size, I needed to get another purchase repaired (my own fault) and the whole process was taken care of very professionally and quickly! I wouldn't hesitate shopping here again. Thank you!!
