First off, I'm one of those weird people that loves going to the dentist. I think oral hygiene is of the utmost importance. Who wants tooth decay and gum disease? Bad breath and pain. Dr. Yeung and his team are awesome! The hygienists there are amazing, funny, considerate, caring, and honest. They're gentle, and take their time to explain things to you. I had Annika the last time I went.I'm really happy with this office, and can't wait until my next visit! I fully trust Dr. Yeung with my teeth.

This place is the worst dental place ever. The other day when I made my appointment nobody wanted to help me and nobody spoke very good English. Also there was another woman that walked in and out not wearing a mask engaging in conversations with whom she knew about 2-3 times bringing what looked like gifts, regardless they say new clients excepted but it’s not true unless you pay cash and or have an insurance card on hand. I’m on Odsp and had them speak with the government guys to xplain to them the process but two days later and not until I was inside and caped up sitting in the chair the dental lady walked in looked at me and started brushing me off. What waste of time these guys are pick and choose people and work ethics are lazy. I guess with all my neighbours suggesting I shouldn’t go there I should have taken their advice.. very poor service and false advertising.

Went for wisdom teeth removal, quick and painless at a cheaper rate than my other dentist. Love the staff, very warm, welcoming, clean atmosphere. I came all the way from Whitby because these are the only people I trust.

Cachet Dental on Woodbine Ave & 16th, is an office I would highly recommend. Professional Staff, kind and gentle. I'm 10yrs at that office and I've had a great experience, everytime! Thank you to all, at Cachet Dental! ❤

Called their office yesterday and was able to book an appointment for today & get cleaning done. Their receptionist, Alice, was super easy to work with and knew exactly what was needed on the insurance side! Their staff were friendly and did a great job! Will be back! :)
