I went in for a regular check up and I found this place too good. The receptionist was too humble and asked me about my appointment time and gave me chance to meet to the doctor in a proper timely fashion. Good work. Obviously Dr. Patel is an awesome man.

Whenever i went to this clinic I always took appointment one or two days before going but then also always i have to wait for atleast 45-60 minutes. Receptionist does not know how to manage time. The doctor is good but the she don’t know time management. Everybody has their jobs and busy schedule but this lady doesn’t care.

We are looking for the family doctor, got a walk in appointment, receptionist was polite and nice. Md Patel actually did the full assessment and did the patient teaching, he really took his time to listen us, assess us, and the did correct diagnosis. Very humble very culturally sensitive. Definitely recommend the md Patel. Thank you.

The doctor is good he listens and provides good consultation. However saying that at the front desk the lady makes faces and has a bad attitude when you ask about your appointment and why there is a delay. The only issue here is time management.

Worst receptionist ever, called in to book appointment she asked the name for thousands time, spelled name by phonetic alphabets still she wasn’t understanding at all. She was very rude and never answered our question also she hang on the phone.

The most unprofessional and rude receptionist. We had to wait for 45 minutes and still she was sending the patients who came after us and when we asked us about that she started yelling at us. Don't know how she got hired there. Dr. Patel needs to look at the reviews and see how that lady is affecting the reputation of his clinic. I would never go there and would never recommend anyone to visit this place. Don't even wanna give one star but have to in order to submit the review. Terrible service.
