I made about 7 phone calls looking for a certain strain. I was able to leave flight a message and surprising they returned my call. They had my strain. Great service, knowledgeable Staff. As long as I am in Nanaimo this will be my pot shop.

Colleen is the most helpful and intelligent and well informed employees they have, She is hands down my favorite. She always takes the time with her customers, manages to attend to other customers at the same time too. The product selection for a small store is GREAT a little lacking on accessories but they are growing like weeds now. Flight is my go to favorite i recomend this store so much out of all the stores in town this is the #1 for me. Most of the rest i wont even consider, I only ever shop at 3 stores. Flight has the selection you want. and to get you flying haha.Also Jules" with that 1* review is a straight up Karen. could not be more wrong. Customer error and stupidity prevail and command her review please if you care

Staff is always smiling, friendly and warm! Always coming in clutch with the rocket candies and great sticker selection! Occasionally the store does prize baskets which is so cool! They never fail to give honest, fantastic recommendations. This is my weekly store and I would recommend to anyone!

Faulty items.DO NOT BUY BATTERIES (5-10) OR CARTRIDGES!!!!UNRELIABLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!bought a battery and cartridge, cartridge didn't work. Went back in got it replaced. THAT cartridge didn't work, went back in. Turns out it was the battery. Honestly was sick of going back in. I'm stuck with a cartridge with no battery, their products are no good.Didn't try the flower. But still do not recommend this dispensary.Bud Barn on Nicole is best bet.

I really like this dispensary!Good selection & prices!But everytime I try to place an order online, it never works- Tried placing one at least 10 times today. Wanted to take advantage of happy hour prices. But it wouldn't let me complete the transaction. I tried with a card #, & without one. Not super keen on uploading my ID.. but did anyway to try and place an order.. please fix this online issue.

I wanted to write a review because of the positive experience I had at the Flight Nanaimo Location. The shop is really well kept and looks amazing. Adam and his staff are extremely helpful and they explained all of my questions very clearly. Definitely a top notch establishment!
