I like my condo building now, especially with the brand new condo board. So much better than last year. It has great views and nice people around here. I love living here in this community. The new board is really working hard, to fix the big problems from before, so people should have another look. Really doing a great job! Here are some pictures of what they are doing this year already! Beautiful place to live now. Even a new floor is coming now too! :-)

The condo corporation is not reputable. It has stole millions from the condo owners. The reserves are depleted, meaning any repairs or renovations (which they are in the middle of doing massive renovations) will be paid by the owners through a special assessment.

This place is a joke. The building is dirty and in a state of disrepair. The tenants started doing their own renovations" to the building which has been going on for almost a year and has only made things worse. As such random parts of the lobby and hallways have been poorly painted an array mismatched colors. The funny thing is when prospective tenants come to view potential condos they put signs up in the lobby that say "please excuse our appearance as we are under renovations"
