My Laporte movers, Tyson, Tyler and Doug were the best. They made sure I received the red carpet treatment. They were on time for both the pickup of my furniture and delivery of those at my new place. The were efficient, polite, jovial and even had some decorating tips to share since I was downsizing and that’s never easy. I must specify that nothing was broken in all those numerous boxes I had! I highly recommend Laporte moving and storage for your next move. Their cost is reasonable, they are a family owned business which has been around for many years and are very caring and attentive to your needs.

Overall experience was excellent. Although the unpacking crew was very friendly, they did not do as good a job as the packing crew. Table & couch legs were not put back on and a few boxes were put in the wrong room. 2 beds were not put together properly. However, the fact they had to unpack the 1st truck while on a slant (due to our driveway) was a challenge in itself, for which they did an awesome job.

LaPortes is a great moving company. They are very responsive, answering emails within minutes. They are prompt and efficient. The crews are very good at what they do and are enjoyable to work with. They really care about getting things to their spot without leaving any evidence they came through. If I ever move again, I will call LaPortes first.

From the start, communication was good and professional. Expectations set and executed on. It seems the estimator got his figures wrong and we had more to do than the actual movers expected, but the team of four worked extremely hard and got our move done without a hitch. It was a long, hot day for them but we really appreciated the effort of getting it completed. Certainly recommend using them.

We had a great moving team Tyler & Tyson. Tyler was great at communicating his eta & delivery plans. Both were professional and personable. They took the time to greet our dog who was quite anxious about all the activity. They were efficient, careful & friendly. There was no damage, all the furniture had been wrapped & the boxes were in good shape when they came out of the truck. I would highly recommend Tyler & Tyson!!

My husband and I chose the LaPorte Moving Company and had the pleasure of receiving Excellent customer service. It started with the first consultation with Jesse who provided us with very thorough and efficient information and good support regarding our Big move from the Mainland to Vancouver Island. The gals at the head office were always available with any information needed and kept in touch in regards to scheduling. Kenny and his moving crew were courteous, friendly, efficient, considerate, and careful with our belongings. We recieved our belongings damage free. We would Highly recommend LaPorte Moving and Storage.

Our best move ever! LaPorte movers were professional and efficient. They worked hard and long. A bit pricey but worth every penny to get the best. We had no issues or problems, unlike other moves in the past. Thank you to the crew of Sammy, Chance, Jim, C-Bass, Stirling and Silvario. You guys were awesome!

Can’t say enough about how happy I was with the two moves I’ve had to do over the last 10 months (and I hate moving). The LaPorte crew made moving as painless as possible. They arrived right on time and were cheerful and helpful and knew what they were doing. My building manager was even impressed!These folks are pros. They’re probably not the cheapest movers but if you want your move done professionally and your belongings and walls looked after, LaPorte is an excellent choice. Thanks to the crew for all their hard and careful work. Such nice guys.

This company was very professional from start to finish. The movers were even early! Yeah! They were friendly, efficient , careful and hard working. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We highly recommend LaPorte for our big move. From the office crew, to the box delivery and especially the hardworking movers. The team was prompt, professional, organized, kind and helpful. They were so knowledgeable with large furniture placement and made moving from a large home to a smaller home so much easier.
