I called this company a few months ago. Very helpful on the phone. I needed tracks for my toro dingo. After going over exactly the model and exchanging an actual picture of the track system I had the sales rep confirm that he for sure had the proper set. I was happy because I had a machine down on a site with employees waiting.I drove 45 minutes and paid 407 etr bill.When I arrived I went to the warehouse to pick up my tracks that I had already paid for.I could see from 20ft away they were the wrong track for the system I had on my machine. Checked back on my emails and text messages with picture confirmation and the sales rep had made a mistake which he admitted to.This was a mistake and mistakes happen.This company made things right.Would definetly go back for my next tracks and tires.

Contrax sells top quality rubber tracks, but most of all, they provide stellar customer service - friendly, courteous, efficient, with fair pricing and good warranty. Plus, it's always nice to deal with a Canadian-based company, no border headaches! Highly recommended.

Stay away from those tracks.Bought 2 of them for a Toro Dingo, both didn't last the season. Even though the warranty covers 1 year, they didn't honor this warranty by stipulating unreasonnable excuses such as abusif use or ''if the tracks are being driven on a sharp surface''.

Dealing with Contrax as a customer and now a supplier, i couldn't be happier with the service and quality. Peter is great to deal with. Very knowledgeable, and gets back to you quickly. In two years of dealing these tracks, we have had zero warranty claims. Price vs quality, these are the best tracks in the industry.

Excellent tracks last just along as oem. We put them on all our customers machines.

No more flats for my Bobcat S70! I love the solid tires I got from Contrax! They have a much smoother ride than those foam filled tires that I used to have on there. It was totally worth the investment. The staff was very friendly and helpful in picking out the correct tires and I received them with free nuts & bolts, ready to install the next day that I ordered them!

Would not recommend, ordered pads for my excavator, they sent wrong ones, (even though I had ordered previously through them years back). Then , when we found the right ones, they wanted me to pay to ship back the wrong ones, and pay for the new ones to be shipped. I ended up driving them back to Mississauga and dropping at their warehouse, waited over a month for refund, and when they refunded they deducted the amount for shipping for the wrong pads. Customer service is not a strong point with this company.
