The purchaser used this company and Umme Sardar was their agent. She was very demanding and bothersome from the beginning. If I had known how much of a pain they would end up being I would have gone to the next bidder. She began by bugging our agent for other bids. During inspection she wanted our phone number to ask questions then proceeded to bug us for our wifi password then complained that it didn't work right for her. Contractors began showing up unannounced and climbing on the roof without permission after the offer was accepted. On closing day she was harassing our agent and lawyer demanding that we give them a large discount (for thousands of dollars) because they wanted the house professionally cleaned (not in the agreement) and that they found broken drawers ( they were not), the house was full of broken toys (it was a Nerf dart under the register). I could go on with the list they emailed, but I will stick with the highlights. Agents should be helpful and cooperative, this agent had me wanting to cancel the entire deal at zero hour. As for the company i can not speak to the rest of the staff.
